Went in around 11 a.m. on a Friday morning and there were no other customers there. I bought a dozen creme filled and asked about the possibility of running them through the icing even tho they're already covered in chocolate. The guy thought I was stupid and said' these never touch that line' as if I was dense enough to think they do. I was simply as saying they would be better with the icing and the chocolate. He wouldn't even entertain the possibility so I left. The donuts weren't warm or soft. These were the worst I've ever had directly from the Krispy Kreme store. I wish they were fresh!l

Never a bad time for these amazing doughnuts! Service at the window was to be desired. I wanted to redeem donuts from the app and she told me I would have to go thru the drive thru again! Made no sense bc I was already at the window! The ladies at this location have never been app friendly. This has been going on for a long time now and I hate to complain... But I've spent a lot of money buying donuts over the years, I've earned my points. It shouldn't be a hassle to redeem them.

The lady who served us earlier was rude, not even remotely friendly. The hot light was on but we did not get fresh donuts. She sold me a dozen even though I only asked for half a dozen, she closed the window, rolled her eyes, reopened it, and still sold me a dozen. I just paid to avoid conflict. She acts like we should be pleased that she was working there. They should consider another job tbh. Will not go back to this Krispy Kreme again, awful service.
We stopped here on our road trip and the experience was amazing. Are interaction was with Zakiya and Orin. Fantastic customer service If I'm ever in this area again I would come back to this Krispy Kreme just to have another interaction with them. I wish more Krispy Kreme establishments had employees like them they were phenomenal.
