Went in today with my kids to get an eclipse donut for my son, the man said there was one left and my son was thrilled. He took a drive thru order for a moment and another worker came up and she asked what we wanted, I told her an eclipse donut plus a different kind- she stated there were none. The man came over and pointed at it and she said no. My son looked at me so upset and asked why she was lying. We walked out and drove to the only other KK all the way across town and they were wonderful. Will not return to this location ???

Omg this is the second time I’ve come to this location within the last month and my donuts was stale? Park Ave is my usual spot but since living on this side I been coming here but it’ll be a long time before I eat Krispy Kreme Doughnuts again. That has left a nasty taste in my mouth. Customer was great both times but them doughnuts was not it?

Ordered four dozen donuts this morning one dozen glazed and three dozen assorted. I get to work with the donuts and I was kind of bummed out because I was given all the same type of donut. The gentleman asked anything specific I said no like I always do They usually mix it up with different types. That’s why it’s called assorted.

We first went through the drive through to order. The person taking my order was alright. However when we got our order of donuts holes they were stale. So we parked and went in. The person behind the counter very rudely stated that they were made this morning. Obviously they weren't, they had to be a few days old. They wouldn't exchange or offer a refund. Avoid this location at all costs.

Went through the drive threw, the guy took my order, asked me to repeat it then asked me to pull around. He came to the window asked me to repeat my order, left came back, asked me AGAIN to repeat my order. I ordered 12 glazed and a lg iced carmel latte signature. Then a few mins later a lady came out. She handed me my drink, didnt speak. I said thank you and she shut the window. She came back handed me my doughnuts, I said thank you again and started to say have a nice day, she shut the window in my face again. My latte was watered down coffee that tasted more like sugar water than anything. There was no caremel. It tasted like they put cream and a ton of sugar and dumped it over a little bit of ice.

We live in the Houston area and for some reason there is only one Krispy Kreme franchise in the whole entire city and it is nowhere near where we live or work. So we were excited to see this location so near the interstate when we were coming back from our Florida trip. That was the only thing extremely positive that we can say. The hot now light was on when we pulled up and associate working the counter was busy on her headset with a drive-up order. She motioned and spoke softly for us to wait just a minute while she completed the order at the window. When she finish she asked what she can do for us and I asked her if they participated in the free donut when the hot now light was on on the Marquis and she said the light's not on and I turned around and looked and she was correct it was not on, she was correct. I said it was on when we walked in and she said well it's not on now and I said well it was on when we came in the front door and she said well the other associate is cleaning the conveyor system so it's not on now. I swear I understand I said but we waited for you, as you were completing the drive-up order and she said well the light's not on now and I said never mind, it's not worth arguing over a free donut. And I asked if they were doing the Christmas special donuts and she said no we're not doing those, it was the day after Christmas incidentally. So disappointing for us, but we wanted to get some of the blueberry cake donuts and they didn't have any of those either. So not the best overall trip to this location.
