Their fried fish is never crispy or crunchy it's soft and soggy they really need to do better

Went here for some gizzards today and experienced great service. The gentleman who took my order was very polite. Highly recommend the fried gizzards. I’ve been craving gizzards for weeks and finally decided to find a restaurant in Tallahassee serving them. Will definitely go back again!

I just came from Krispy Krunchy Chicken and I had a great experience. The food was pretty good. The inside could use a good deep cleaning. Everyone ate in full enjoyment and we had a good dinner.The service was great! There was a young man working the counter and he was one of the most respectful young men I've encountered in quiet a while. He really left a great impression on me with how polite he was. He helped us with the menu, was patient, and made sure that we were given freshly fried chicken and gizzards.I love supporting small businesses. Being treated with such respect makes it easy to want to spend my earned income with them.Dad is doing a great job raising that young man. Much respect.Tyree

I didn't eat there but my daughter did and she seemed to enjoy it.
The food is awesome, I love the plate of gizzards. Everytime I go here I leave with a smile and can't help but thanking the owner/employee because they are always top notch service and super nice. This review is my extra thanks and I hope more people enjoy the food and kindness too.

This place is wonderful. Best fried chicken in town and don't forget their special sauce. I always get a 16 pc mixed and they cook it fresh for me. There are several of these Krunchy Chicken places in town, but I only go to this one even though their 20 miles away.

I decided to treat a friend from Monticello Fla there who had treated me to the one in Monticello. We got our orders and noticed halfway that the chicken wasn't all the done. We'd eaten almost half. Taking my friend home, she mentioned her stomach but, at the time, I was okay. Taking our tray to the trash, I also noticed that the tray wasn't clean. Later on, my stomach was upset. I won't be going back.

I'm sorry. This is the most disappointing! The chicken wasn't Krunchy nor krispy. The honey biscuits didn't bake long enough. It's true. Everyone can't fry chicken! I won't go back at this location.

The customer service I received today was horrible. I go here a lot I always get my gizzards my shrimp and sometimes okra or tenders. The hospitality was very horrible,customer service by the young lady was very horrible. She didn't greet any of the four people that walked in after me including myself. There was no welcomed feeling. She just stood there on her phone at the register, her name was kira or Kia. While waiting for my food she just stood around on her phone getting paid to stand around and just scroll on her phone even at register. she didn't try to keep herself busy while being paid by this establishment. the door glass was dirty fingerprints all over it there was trash on the floor tables could have been wiped down she didn't manage her time for this establishment to be paying her.... Pure laziness

This is the only place that I go for gizzards. The food is always cooked on the spot and well worth the wait. The staff is friendly and always cheerful. My favorite place to go, plus their chicken is cheaper than Kentucky Fried and Popeyes
