I ordered through Uber Eats and didn't see they would close at 5 Pm and ordered at 4:55 Pm (I'm so sorry). The lady was so incredibly nice who spoke to me, and everyone who made my food to which didn't have to for they had already techinally closed by the time I got there. It was incredibly sweet of them, and I want to make it publicly known how much that meant to not only myself, but my family who also LOVED the food! Definitely will be going back for more, thank you so much!

Great fried chicken. Very friendly staff. Great prices and large portions.
I recently had a bad experience with a place that served me fried gizzards. And when I say bad experience, I mean I was served a God awful abomination in a cup. The name rhymes with bindys. ( if you would like to hear about it go read the review I left.) It still bothers me now almost two weeks later.
The Chicken Shack made up for all the PTSD the other place gave me about fried gizzards. I think over time, with the help of Krispy Krunchy Chicken, my soul will be healed. Thank you

I didn't want to eat there but my nephew stopped there and so I went in I wanted some livers but the cook in the back was like it's going to be 10 minutes I should have waited them 10 minutes but no I chose to get a chicken breast that obviously had been sitting there for quite a while and I'm pretty sure the rest of the chicken was too cuz the fries were lukewarm from just sitting up there with grease draining through them so when I get it guess what taste I get Yes That nasty cold grease taste I don't know what happened to Krispy Krunchy, because when y'all first open I couldn't stay out of there getting tenders but now it's going to be a regular restaurant that I just ride by and look at I will not recommend this place.

Went in here today. 648 am. Doors was open. But no one would serve me. I walked over to the store. To buy me a few snacks. Upon exiting the connected store. I noticed a customer walking out with a plate of food. Mind you it still after 6 am. I put my things in the car. Walked back to Krispy krumchy chicken. Ask who ever would talk. What's the owners name. Someone said Martin. I asked for Martin phone number. At first the guy was about to give me the number and change his mind. He told me he could give me the store phone number. I told him to give me that. He then said that Martin will be there on Monday. And the they don't open until 7am. If that was the case why you serving others and not some. I'm in uniform. Got be to work by 7am. I came there because the food is cook well. I want be a returning customer for them. That treatment was wrong. They could've said this when I walked. Giving me a chance to choose. After hearing this and seeing others walk out with plates. That hurt my feelings. On top of that you lied to me. Yes I called the number on the front door. Due to me being told to get the number off the door. Left a message and yes I did express that will post a comment about this.

I was craving fried chicken and decided to try Crispy Crunchy Chicken in Tallahassee. I tried this chicken about 2 years ago in a different city. Overall it was well seasoned and good however it seems that they changed the breading/batter or maybe it was just this location. The macaroni and cheese was just average and the potato wedges were the best. The service was fast and no issue with parking.

This is the best chicken period. I was here on a whim and am so happy I stopped in. The staff is friendly with warm welcoming smiles. The service is quicker than lightening, and the food!!! I believe the person on the fryer has a special gift because I have never had fast food chicken that was so crunchy AND moist. I’m literally ending my vacation with a good taste in my mouth. Thank yall!

By far the BEST chicken in the area. Flavorful. Fresh. Tasty. Always a hit when we bring it home to our guests and during parties. All we great from everyone is "Wow! This is really good chicken"
We will drive over 30 minutes to just pick it up.
So so good. And Excellent customer service. The gentleman behind the counter is always awesome, welcoming and friendly.
