I really wanted to like this place since it’s essentially the last remaining restaurant in the Tallahassee Mall, but unfortunately, it fell short.
Walking In: My party arrived around 5:00 PM. Although there were several customers at the tables, we waited about 10 minutes before a host acknowledged us.
Drinks: We ordered our drinks twice (just two waters), and they didn’t arrive until five minutes after our second request.
Dumplings: I ordered the dumplings fried. When they came out, they were over-fried to the point of being completely crunchy, which should not happen with fried dumplings.
Garlic Stir Fry: The dish had a decent amount of heat but lacked garlic. It needed more seasoning, perhaps even salt, and had a "muddy" taste. Additionally, the chicken tasted slightly off.
Lo Mein: This was possibly the worst lo mein I have ever had. It was excessively greasy, wet, and oily, and again, it lacked any flavor beyond a "muddy" taste.
Overall, I will not be returning here. If you're looking for similar dishes but a better experience with more flavor, I recommend Siam Sushi.

I’ve gone a few times to sample different things on the menu. At other Pho places, the beef broth can have a “licorice-like” after taste that I don’t care for but their beef broth here is the best I’ve ever had. Their fried dumplings and fried wontons are amazing. I didn’t like the texture of the wontons when they were steamed, but I have specific food texture preferences. The ambiance is quaint, with booths that provide privacy with your party or if you’re dining alone. They have a 2nd room on the other side for bigger parties. The service has always been great, with having multiple different servers who did a good job at keeping up with the lunch or dinner rush. Overall, this has become a restaurant on my frequent list

Food was OK, not excellent but not bad. Our spring rolls were overcooked; the waiter even remarked on this but only offered a fresh batch if we wanted them replaced, at which point it felt awkward to request it.

Their papaya salad was super sweet and had no fish sauce in the dressing.
The soup was good, and their pad Thai was cold, sweet, barely any veggies in it or any protein.

$14 for noodles with no protein plus $2 to add tofu. For $16 I expected the noodles to be delicious. They were so bad- the most flavorless drunken noodles I’ve ever had. I had to recook them with sauces from my pantry to make it edible. I will say that veggies were fresh and I appreciated that. But I won’t go back.

Pho is awesome. My wait staff was Morgan hopefully I remember her name correctly very accommodating and made you feel at home. Her co worker was just as pleasant . Highly recommend the Vietnamese food almost as great as my ex mother-in-law. Thanks for making me feel at home .

Very lovely Tom Kha. You can tell it takes time to develop that broth. Green papaya salad was very fresh and unique. I really go for the Pad Thai which is amazing and I demolish it every time!

This is $18 worth of food. I would’ve expected that they would at least give you a good amount of rice to augment the little bit of meat. For $18 I got not even enough full container of rice and a microscopic portion of meat. The food is good at this establishment. The service people are very nice. But it’s just not worth it. I was hoping for $18 to have a meal tonight and a little leftover for tomorrow for lunch. I am thinking that I’m going to have to go to McDonald’s tonight after I have this meal.

The food is always good, service was rather questionable when picking up a large order yesterday. I typically get one sauce per bowl, well that was an issue this time. I originally asked for 2 per bowl and when told there would be a $6 charge I declined and said I’d keep it a the normal 1 sauce per bowl. To my surprise they were still charging me. As I’m inquiring about the change a customer that was dining in came up and requested an additional sauce to which she was handed one at no additional cost. I spent almost $100 and was told no to something I usually receive. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! My
Funds will be spent in other places that value customer satisfaction.
