I’ve gone a few times to sample different things on the menu. At other Pho places, the beef broth can have a “licorice-like” after taste that I don’t care for but their beef broth here is the best I’ve ever had. Their fried dumplings and fried wontons are amazing. I didn’t like the texture of the wontons when they were steamed, but I have specific food texture preferences. Food was OK, not excellent but not bad. Our spring rolls were overcooked; the waiter even remarked on this but only offered a fresh batch if we wanted them replaced, at which point it felt awkward to request it.
