First time here celebrating my birthday wanted a quick and nice dinner. Let’s just say we weren’t disappointed! The drink menu is what brought us in to try this hidden gem. We got the spicy Paloma , and red sangria. Both phenomenal drinks. Our server mcKenzie let us know that the tequila is home infused in jalapeños for the perfect kick and smooth drink. If you like spicy stuff highly recommend. The steak and fries were delicious, our steaks were cooked exactly as we asked! Very cozy environment and lowkey. Can’t wait to come back. Happy hour sangrias 5-7pm. Also pet friendly with outside area. Thank you McKenzie for the great vibes and recommendations. If you go ask for her! (:

Really nice cocktails and a nice vibe all around. Frankly my only complaint is that can get very loud inside. Typically I don't mind too much and try to sit outside (less chance of echo outdoors) but the concrete enclosure almost amplifies the noise outdoors as well. Again, the food and drinks are great, its just very frustrating that its hard for me to hear conversations during the week.

This place has great cocktails, I love the drinks there. And they have really good food. Especially the fries.? First time I had the fries was from Chris - shout out to him, one of the best fries in Tallahassee - word to me.?Definitely pricey, but good if you want to treat yourself.?Very spacious. Very clean.? Outdoor seating available?Free Parking lot?nice dim lighting for those that have sensitivity to light.▪️Will provide photos laterSometimes their drinks change or are seasonal. They have events sometimes there as well.Follow for more reviews!

Heard some good buzz, tried a happy hour visit. Food. Fine. My wife had trouble finding anything healthy ... yeah, I know... Service. Fine. Server was definitely not engaged, guess we were dull, but we got our stuff. Ambiance. Cold. Loud. Good "on the right" place to stop for a beer after work. Don't try to have a quiet conversation. Maybe an off night. Will go if friends or office folks wanna quick stop, will not be on my favorites list.

My second trip to Liberty and just as fantastic. The drinks are always on point and the food hits all the right notes, perfectly prepared and presented. One of the top restaurants I've ever been to around the world. An underrated spot. If you live in Tally you are blessed with this spot.

Visited a few nights ago with some friends and my husband. We ordered speciality cocktails that were really delicious. Some of the ingredients in the cocktails were foreign to me but I was really impressed with the flavors and ability to balance those flavors nicely. I ordered the French onion soup which was amazing, and huge! I love that they use hawthorn's sourdough bread. My husband ordered the short rib with risotto and it was perfect. The sweet potato really complimented the sauce on the short rib and the risotto was cooked perfectly. Absolutely love the ambience inside and we can't wait to visit again! Service was fantastic!

Absolutely love me some Liberty brunch? Only got four ?'s cause I'm a sucker (and reserve five star) for a one off locally owned spot. Great food and great service. I appreciate y'all ?

Of the 5 main entree’s they didn’t have two, the fish and chips was not edible and the southern fried chicken sandwich was a sad imposter. Ok fries, so disappointing.

LEMONY steak, poor service. Ordered their steak frite and it came a bit charred with their "garlic herb butter" that was so chock full of LEMON that I couldn't taste anything else. I was brought by a regular who raved about it and SHE said it wasn't how they always serve it. We asked the manager and he admitted they had a new chef, but don't worry he'd discount it for us. He ended up taking half off one order (neither of us liked it, I barely ate any of it at all). I've never had a steak that added lemon without stating so on the menu. Very disappointing that after two meals came out vastly different than ordered or intended, he did the bare minimum. Service was also abysmal (I had to order my drink three times before getting it), but that's apparently useful for the place. My friend was aghast because she'd been talking it up for weeks, and it was horrible. Really disappointing food and handling of the issue. She might go back but I won't recommend.

Let me start first by saying I am not one to complain or write bad reviews, however, this was one of the worst dining experiences of my 51 yrs of life. I felt compelled to share this with others, especially people who value good customer service when dining out. I would not recommend this restaurant. I visited Liberty for the first time with my two adult daughters and we were looking forward to a special time. However, it turned out to be an awful experience including extended wait time after ordering for almost an hour, poor customer service, and managements lack of understanding of our concerns. It made us realize we would never want to dine at this place again.
