We just had a terrible experience at this location. The young lady who answered the phone—who stated she is the manager’s daughter—was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I’m honestly shocked. We make it a habit to support Black-owned businesses. But, the experience here was ridiculous.When I went inside to speak to the young lady who answered the phone, she was rude and combative.Good customer service goes a long way. Poor customer service goes even further. We won’t be back!

This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. I cannot imagine how disgusting the kitchen is. The food somehow didn't give us food poisoning, but I'll never be back.

I love good fried chicken and Lindy's filled the bill. It was moist and crunchy - nothing worse than dry fried chicken. The coleslaw was also very good. There was quite a wait but you know it is being cooked to order. I'm marking it cheap eats because the value was so good - a whole chicken and coleslaw for under $20.

Went in for the first time in years. I don’t live close by. The cashier was very rude. When I asked for gizzards she said they don’t have them. I asked if they had roasted chicken, she huffed out that is the other location. Never said which location. So I asked what they do have and she got annoyed and said they just have fried chicken. Mean while the menu states otherwise. I asked if I could get the pork chop sandwich. Which she just asked if I just wanted the sandwich. I said yes. She really acted like she didn’t want me there. In which I assure I will not ever go back. When the sandwich was ready she shook the bad like she was calling a dog. I have never had a pork chop sandwich that had the bone in. It was over cooked because they refried it. No condiments on it. It was as dry as the service. I heard the owners were going to close all locations due to them retiring. This one should close. I don’t know about the other location. Not willing to go out of my way to find out. The food and service used to be A LOT better.

Cashier was the best part of this whole ordeal the cooks forgot my order waited 30 minutes for a 50$ order only for the chicken to be undercooked

I enjoy their food especially their fried pork chops and mashed potatoes ?.

This is the nasty unprofessional restaurant in Tallahassee, it need be closed down for good

Lindy's is always good only bad thing I got to say right now is they ran out of gizzards because I got in there late this afternoon but they're still the best

The chicken is amazing, and I love their sides, but when you list yourself open until 8 on Sunday, do not close at 6pm.

Food is good but this location has a smell. Staff can be rude at times but I get my order and leave.

The chicken at this place is the best I have ever had. They consistently make amazing chicken. The prices are also really good. Why get a chicken sandwich from popeyes or KFC when you can get a better bigger sandwich from here for cheaper?

WARNING! AVOID THIS PLACE! Absolutely disgusting! Place smelt so bad they had sewage coming up from the floor right behind the counter where you order. Prices are ridiculously high for very poor quality AND quantity of food. I called before I came in and they told me 15min. But I was stuck waiting 20 more minutes after I arrived and paid for our food. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The chicken filet sammich was good. Don't make it a combo. That's where they git ya.

The food is good, but they can really use a little TLC on the place. Not kept very clean and the employees could be a little more friendly.
