So disappointed. For one, I ordered two hot n ready pizzas. I thought they were supposed to be already ready, or at least quick. I waited 38 min in the lobby for the pizzas with no warning the pizzas would take so long. I was the only person in the lobby. Then, I got home and the pizzas were raw! The cheese pizza was undercooked and the stuffed crust was full on raw dough. Am attempting to bake them in my over. Just get Pizza Hut or hungry howies. And I need to be contacted about a refund.

I am traveling and decided we’d wait the extra hour for little Cesar’s. Google and the website says they close at 9. It’s 815 and this place is closed and not a soul there.

It's the same thing with all fast food around here- they just don't care. Sent my girl to pickup the food. They forgot the crazy sauce and they added the one-sided extra cheese to the wrong side. Only ate here this time because of a coupon. First and last time. Sucks because the food was pretty decent. Whatever.

Wish I checked the reviews... ordered and paid for pep xtra cheese. Got an extra most bestest. It costs more the way I ordered. Didn't check it until I left. I didn't want extra pepperoni. It doesn't have extra cheese.

I know the food good it's just this location is trash. Last two times I've gone to this one, 1st time I went they told me they don't expect cash. Second I go right when the store is open 11am online, on the doors, and everywhere else but yall not open yet. Bruh get this stuff right, please!!!!!

They closed at 8:20 pm clearly says 9pm. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. The workers was waving at the door saying we're closed we're closed who is over this particular Little Caesars someone needs to have a talk with their employees regarding hours of operation that will cost the company to lose sales. Yet two employees are seeing through the window just standing around.

Absolute poor service, they no longer take walk in orders or cash, upon calling and asking them about their wait time the staff got very rude and disrespectful. My family will not be eating here or spending money at any little Caesars establiments again. You need to hire some new individuals.

Online ordering SEEMS to be deliberately disabled at both the North Monroe and Lafayette Street locations. I can still place an order at virtually any other location, like in Jacksonville, for instance. I'm over it. There have been too many problems lately.

Little Caesar's has been my go-to pizza chain for a very long time, largely because I can avoid unnecessary human interaction and wait times by ordering through the app. A couple of my recent orders weren't quite right. No problem. I had a chuckle, ate, and moved on. Unfortunately, I personally don't believe the quality of the food here is good enough to justify placing an order in person and waiting. I really only come for the convenience, and since that appears to be gone, I'm just going to delete the app right now and never return. C'est la vie.
