I placed an order online at 6:10 PM and was given an estimated wait time of 20–30 minutes. I arrived after 30 minutes expecting my food to be ready, only to be told that it wasn’t. I didn’t complain, I sat down and patiently waited.
While waiting, I overheard one of the employees say that my order had been lost. No one communicated this to me at any point. I was just sitting there waiting without any updates, despite the fact that my order was already paid for.
After more time passed, I asked an employee named Brooke if she could at least give me an estimate for when my food might be ready. She looked at me with pure disgust, as if I was bothering her, and said “no” without any explanation, and walked away. It was shockingly unprofessional and rude, especially considering that I had already been waiting for an order that the staff admitted was lost.
I finally asked for her name because the level of disrespect was unnecessary and unacceptable. Her attitude made the entire situation much worse. Mistakes happen, orders get lost, but communication and basic respect go a long way. Instead, I was ignored, not updated, and treated as if I was the problem for simply asking about my already delayed food.
I’m honestly unsure how an employee who behaves that way was hired. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope management addresses both the lack of communication and the unacceptable customer service so no one else has an experience like this.
Delicious and generous portions. Pretty atmosphere
I've been trying to find the perfect Sesame Chicken. I've found it all Lil Masa. The food is absolutely phenomenal. I love it and order it as a special treat for myself weekly. Thank you so much for being in this city lil masa.
imo, this is one of the best restaurants to go to in collegetown ! service was nice and quick despite the restaurant being a busy saturday evening and the food was amazing (i got pad thai). at first i was hesitant because i thought it was a little pricey for one serving (im lowkey broke), but when my order arrived i realized that it was totally worth the price bc somehow they crammed 3 servings of pad thai into one bowl. like im not even joking they gave me sm food i took it home for leftovers and had it for 2 other meals and it was great 🙏

I went to Little Masa for the first time during the busy FSU versus Miami game and was impressed! The whole strip was packed and the restaurant was full but they got people in and out in good timing and had enough staff. They had big tvs for the game for a good watch experience. I ordered their box where you pick your own combinations and it was delicious. The first time I’ve been full off of this type of food so kudos to you guys! Will be back!

Food is great, but theyve reduced how much food you get while increasing the price. I get paying more over time, but to then reduce the portion size? Kinda ridiculous.

I placed an online order and realized minutes later that game-day traffic made pickup impossible. I called within 10 minutes (well before the food should have been ready) and politely asked to cancel. The hostess was kind and said she’d connect me with a manager. When Holden got on the phone, he sighed dramatically and said, “Sure, we can cancel. I mean, it’s $40 worth of food being thrown away, but sure, we can throw it right in the trash.” His tone was sarcastic and condescending, as though I had inconvenienced him personally. A professional response would have been as simple as: “I’m sorry, the order is already being prepared, so we can’t cancel it.” Instead, I was treated to theatrics and hostility. If this is how management responds to a polite customer request, I won’t be returning. The food may be good, but no meal is worth that kind of attitude.

Great place and very good food.
I always love the food here. I've rarely had anything I didn't like. The portions are also huge, I often take leftovers back. It can get pretty busy and slow in peak hours, but it's still worth it.
