I had dinner here recently and was blown away by how good everything was! I ordered the steak and ribs combo, and both were cooked to perfection — the steak was juicy and flavorful, and the ribs were tender and fell right off the bone. My experience with LongHorn Steakhouse in general is excellent but I haven't had the same excellent experience in Tallahassee. They definitely need to update the restaurant and the food needs to come out hot. Last night, I ordered a French onion soup and it came out cold. I was told that it was the last one made and that they were not going to make more soup that night. That's understandable but why would you serve a customer, on a cold night, leftover soup.
