Staff was very attentive and nice! I had the turkey BLT and it was very good. There was a good amount of fries and the sourdough bread tasted great. Nice atmosphere too.

Madison Social is a quaint eating establishment. I ate at the bar. It took a while for one of the bartenders to get my order. Now the food was great, at least the brisket fajita bowl. It came out quick too. The atmosphere at night is a little too dark in the restaurant. If I had shown up a little later I would have needed my phone flashlight to read the menu. Also, it would be nice to have the close captions on if you have the TV's on with no volume.

Went there on Thursday night for the first time with some friends, the guy at front who checking ID was way too busy playing his games on his phone very unprofessional. Once we get in nobody greeted us, hostes was cheat chat w each other vibes was kinda off. Food and drinks was not great either our server forgot a lot of our stuff. Not recommended

Came in to meet my friends and I could not get in because I am international and needed my passport to eat? Absolutely ridiculous. For me to come back and the person not to be at the door . So what was the point of that? Totally ridiculous establishment for international students will never come back here. Who needs. A passport to eat food??

Very clearly short staffed; cool space but had some issues. We went on a Monday night at around 7pm. Place was maybe 30-35% full.
Seated quickly; waited *a long* time for server. She appeared and apologized saying that they had just given her 4 tables all at once.
Ordered a round of drinks. Waited just a hair under 15 minutes; drinks arrived, one was wrong. Replacement arrived after 5-6 minutes.
Ordered food, including an appetizer. Food arrived very quickly, but in odd order. A side of fries arrived first. Then an entree. Then a salad. Then another entree. Appetizer never made it.
Asked for another set of drinks when food arrived. We finished eating before the second round came out.
We felt terrible for the server; this place needs more help. Was pricey for what it was…

Saturday was my first time here. I had a blast. Meet some new people and end on a good night. The chicken strips and fries was so good. Let's not mention the bartenders was on point. I try a white tea shoot for the first time also and it was good (it's a must try). The water was even better (LOL). If family come in town they must go!!

The burger that I had was amazing. Sadly, I went for a Reuben and that’s only during certain times of the day. I wasn’t aware of that when I looked at the menu online prior to going. Other than that all was great.
