I grabbed a meal after work at Mandarin Express in Governor Square Mall. The food was good with large portions. I got the three item combo with a side and drink. The place seemed very clean compared to other food court places I've seen before. It did seem a bit pricey as my meal cost over $11.
For a food court restaurant they do pretty good at being consistent with just the right amount of spice. The older gentleman is always smiling and nice but a couple of other workers never smile and are pretty abrupt.
