Went online today around 2pm to order two pizzas to be picked up at 5:45 pm. Went ahead and prepaid. Upon arrival, I was informed that they didn’t enter my order so I would need to wait 20 minutes. No apology, no explanation, nothing! Why preorder and prepay for waiting longer. Very disappointing customer service.

The two young men working tonight were nothing short of amazing. I had a hard day at work, was not feeling well, and had an hour left to drive home. I accidentally ordered pizza in another town but showed up at this location for pickup. The guys working handled the situation very professionally and were very polite. They could have turned me away and said it was my loss but they went above and beyond to ensure I got my pizza tonight :) Thank you Marco's!

Only the best pizza on the North side of Tallahassee! They have a small 10-inch pizza and 20oz drunk linch combo that is satisfying. Every person behind the counter who has ever helped me with an order is cordial. The inside has limited seats, perhaps enough for you to wait for your order. Personally, I think having seats outside during the warmer months would be a one-up!

I see you Marcos. Twice, I have been foolish enough to spend $14 on a “family” salad here and twice I have been totally ripped off with a salad big enough for one person, two if it is a side salad. They used to be twice as big. Will never buy a salad from here again and I would recommend highly against. Also, ordered their steak sandwich once and it was the crappiest, stingiest sandwich I have ever seen. Clearly, they are following Panera’s business model of ripping people off. I see you Marcos and you’ve lost a loyal customer.

My usual favorite pizza place for my favorite Hawaiian Pizza. This Weds afternoon I ordered a small Hawaiian Pizza. The box wasn't correctly put together ... all 4 corners NOT closed ... pizza almost slid out in parking lot. Got it home and it basically had no pizza sauce. I was tired after long morning work so I ate 1/2 of it. Basically tasted like a dried up ham & cheese sandwich. I put the 2nd half in fridge, planning to at least rescue the pineapple for use in a smoothie. But it looked like a pale corpse of something. So gross looking. Had to quickly chuck whole thing. Obviously staff that day had no clue how to make that pizza and not even how to properly construct the box. Sad. Won't be going back.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Order was 45 minutes late, not 45 minutes for delivery. No, 45 minutes past when they said they would deliver it. Called and spoke to the owner of the franchise. He was a complete jerk. He acknowledged that it was late by 45 minutes and then laughed and said “it is what it is”. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t emphasize enough my displeasure with this Marco’s.
