NEVER AGAIN!!! Order was 45 minutes late, not 45 minutes for delivery. No, 45 minutes past when they said they would deliver it. Called and spoke to the owner of the franchise. He was a complete jerk. He acknowledged that it was late by 45 minutes and then laughed and said “it is what it is”. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t emphasize enough my displeasure with this Marco’s.

Have ordered from Marco for years. Definitely going downhill with several past orders wrong. Last order was wrong as well, called and was told the correct order to be delivered again within 30minutes. A hour and a half later called again, was told they dont have any delivery delivery drivers, I asked " Really you stopped delivering" was told no, just your order, it will be 2 to 3 hours before we can deliver it. Told them since my original order was placed almost 3 hours ago that it should be bumped to front of line. Was told by the manager, Kevin, there was nothing they could do.

Update: so far, no fraudulent transactions occurred on my account from this unusual experience. My food was delivered promptly and was very good. Changing my rating from a 3 to a 4. I still definitely think they should be able to provide your total over the phone.4pm on a Wednesday…Pretty concerned about placing my order over the phone with my card. The employee for some reason could not provide me with the amount I owed…even though he had used my CC# for the sale. That just did not sound right. I immediately looked at most recent reviews and saw there had been a theft recently by card. Will definitely be watching the transactions.

Oof. Not good. Subpar pizza recipie. Dominoes or pizza hut better for fast food pizza. Not.enough sauceBurnt cheesesticks.Literally no better than frozen pizza.

Shame shame took some ones American Express card and spent 400 at Walmart so sad .
Take out has been excellent. I highly recommend. In my case I live lose to them snd the time for delivery is really short snd pizza is hot and fresh. The dough is a great taste. I am from NY state and Zi think this is one of the best pizzas I have had in Florida.

DO NOT ORDER SUBS!!!! pizza is good tho. ordered a sub and thought the lack of meat(3 thin slices) was an oversight. Ordered it again, it’s not an oversight they don’t put meat on them! I’d call it laughable but I wasn’t laughing I was just lest hungry
