I've came by several times late. It says it's open on the app but when I pull up through the drive-thru you have three or four people sitting around texting on their phone stating that the restaurants close. I come by the next day at the same time and the restaurants open but I find when a particular set of young people work they just randomly close the restaurant when they don't feel like working. And it's never the same time. Sometime midnight sometimes 2:00 a.m.

Service absolutely sucks. We came in this morning to get two breakfast biscuits and they were cold. The cheese wasn’t melted. The egg was cold. The butter was still on the top of the biscuit that wasn’t even melted. It was terrible service and a nasty girl that was working at the drive-through.

Went to pick up an Uber eats order and they decided to not take anymore orders. Funny how two members were cutting up and smoking something outside the doors. Place sucks ass and so does the manager!!

Just the fact of the wait in the drive thru is crazy
This McDonald's was actually good in the evening! The order taker was friendly, they actually spoke when giving my food instead of just handing me the bag in silence, and the fries were just right.
The past several years, I've been to a lot of McDonald's while traveling for work, and most don't even try past 5pm, but this location did things right!

i went here one time and i actually had a fried bug in my chicken sandwich, i don’t know what else they put in that sandwich butthole juice? it smelled and tasted so bad i ate it and immediately started gagging. don’t come here unless u want butthole juice understand me? french fries are good tho :)

Carlton doesn't need to be in any customer service position. Had issues with everything I received. Then was refunded for the order. Only the refund was reversed. Still haven't received a refund or can reach anyone that owns the store. Perfect example of pure disappointment.

I ordered a plain sausage mcgriddle and a plain chicken biscuit meal. They put cheese on both. And when I asked them to fix it, they gave me back a chicken biscuit with cheese. They did this THREE TIMES before someone managed to hand me a plain one. It took over thirty minutes and four tries for them to get a simple order right. I was not offered a refund or a coupon or anything to make up for the inconvenience. This is literally the worst McDonald's in the entire city of Tallahassee.
