Just got a drive-thru Disney Happy Meal and I am very disappointed with this branch and not knowing they stop giving 2 toys in disney happy meal. It is very disappointing. Need to report this branch lying it's been a while giving two toys but it was just release yesterday, December 2? And now cant give 2? Today is just December 3 when I got this drive-thru. And I just realized I ordered DISNEY HAPPY MEAL but they give me zootopia. Im not purchasing zootopia I am purchasing DISNEY HAPPY MEAL WHICH JUST RELEASED YESTERDAY and already posted on their menu already that's why I ordered. Very disappointing. Dont order Disney happy meal today they will just give you the Zootopia happy meal left over until its gone. Money wasted. As a disney person and expecting to get home with 2 DISNEY TOYS for my baby , expect nothing

We travel an hour each way for a doctor's appointment once a week. Everytime we come here its always something. Ice cream machine is always down (you can hear people on the headsets just tell them its down we dont want to do it). They legit skip cars in line and focus on one. You get attitude continuously. We have tried giving it multiple chances we will just go to a different location. This is awful. I wouldn't mind if the food was at least hot but half the time its cold, you get fries that have been reheated in the oil, or they are overcooked, or your order isn't right. Think its time this place rehires and retrains. 40 minutes in a fast food line is the exact opposite of what it is supposed to be

waited in line for 40 minutes when there was only six cars in line and i didn’t see one worker smile they all look like they hate their lives.
Waited over 45 minutes in line no one answered, pulled around to the window to get my order taken Waited another 15 minutes while they stared at me in the car, not taking any orders. Then the apparent manager or a little girl on duty told me that I needed to go all the way back around in line to get my order taken it again after she hasn’t taken any orders for over an hour sitting there doing nothing. Apparently, we inconvenience them by making them Do their job. It was the African-American girl working at 4:30 in the drive-through today with Hair in a ponytail. Absolutely disgusting how she treated me and she will go nowhere in life treating customers who pay her bills like that. Very bad example for the young man who was taking orders from her I’m guessing she’s the manager.

Slow doesn’t begin to cover it. Twenty minute wait two days in a row for one meal. Check your orders, they certainly don’t, had missing items multiple times. Staff could be replaced by trained dodo birds with no appreciable loss in quality. Zaxby’s is right up the road, Burger King is too. Don’t waste your time.
