*5 year update* I made this review 5 years ago and I am sad to report that it's still bad. No matter if you dine in, app order or drive thru. 30 minutes.
This location is the slowest in Tallahassee and it isn't close. No matter if you come at lunch, dinner, 10pm. It will always take atleast 20 minutes to get your food. I've given this location many chances over the years and it hasn't improved. I think they cook your fries 1 at a time.

At about 7 pm I ordered two fish and a piece of bread with nothing no cheese no tartar sauce no nothing the fish had two the two pieces of do fish head cheese in the middle of it it was cold can a manager got upset with me and said that it was hot she didn't check it to see if it was or wasn't so she said she wasn't going to give me my money back and she didn't so I called law enforcement in order to get an incident report this is bad business for a McDonald's employee to act in this manner especially being a manager. I would like to have my money back

I was ignored waiting to order, and there was no one in line, but they were busy with drive-thru. 9:30AM on Friday, Feb 7, 2025. I waited to give my order for AT LEAST five minutes and probably closer to ten minutes. I would have left, but we are traveling, pulling a camper. If they had just acknowledged me, I wouldn't be as upset about it. They worked the entire drive thru, I guess, before me because it was empty when I exited. Ordered big breakfast and BEC meal. Food was fine but failed on service. I was inside 15 minutes for a to-go order.

We go out of our way to visit this location! The staff here are wonderful!! They make the entire visit worth coming to this location. Unlike many locations when in need of something you don't have to stand at the counter long and wait for someone to ask what you need. My husband went to ask for a refill and he was greeted by 3 different employees! In any other establishment, he would have been ignored. Any time we have visited here we have also been greeted coming in the door. I thought those times had been lost. It feels nice to know they have not. Way to go McDonald's! You're rockin' it out at this location! Wish they could all be this way! Copy and repeat with these employees or something

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at your Mahan store. Several people ordered a 10-piece nugget meal, and we noticed that the menu displayed a promotion offering a second 10-piece for $1. When we inquired about the deal at the window, the employee—an African American woman in her 40s-50s with locs—was extremely dismissive and refused to honor the promotion.
While I understand that mistakes or misunderstandings can happen, her customer service was unprofessional, and her delivery was unnecessarily rude. Rather than politely clarifying the policy, she dismissed our concerns outright, which made the experience very frustrating.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide some clarification on the promotion. Thank you for your time, and I hope to see better service in the future.

I ordered online and got a notification my food was ready to be picked up. When I got there, my food wasn't even ready nor started. Extremely slow service and seems they tend more to that drive thru than the actual customers in the store.

I have went to this store 3 different times in the last week around 9pm and sat in the drive through for well over 5 minutes with no response. I have watch at least 4 other cars just give up and go somewhere else. There are people inside, just hoping the customers leave. This place is losing money because of it.
