Manager took my order and I used my app code for a 10pc nugget but she said that the code won’t work for the spicy nuggets that I wanted. I told her it’s worked before. When she insisted that it wouldn’t work so I said that would take the spicy without the discount. I guess she was having a hard time backing it out of the screen because she was complaining and taking a long time. At this point I said to not worry about it because I saw she was having trouble. At this point for whatever reason she became very agitated and she shut the window on me. I was confused as to what was going on because I was sitting there waiting for her to return with my food. But it wasn’t until I overheard her talking on the phone about the situation that I realized that she didn’t plan on returning to the window. That’s when I signaled her to come to the window and asked her what the problem is and that I said I would take the order as is on the screen. Then she became even more agitated. She called someone else to “come handle this window”. I asked her how could she be a manager with such poor people skills? Everything that I’ve stated is on the camera. I don’t like to issue complaints but my daughter was there and she was very hungry and we didn’t deserve to be treated like that. Her name was Demitra Stephans(not sure about the spelling)

Two stars is being generous. I’ve been to this location a couple of times (only drive thru). There are a few good times where I can get in and out of the drive thru less then 20 minutes. Then there are the times where I’m literally sitting in the line for 30 minutes in which I end up leaving if the line is at a stand still. I had one bad experience with my food. I received the brownest lettuce you can imagine but that was last year. I gave them another chance and that happened to be a good day, meaning the drive thru was fast and the foood was actually pretty decent. But overall this location definitely needs a new manager and get it together in there.

We are pushed to use the kiosk and to use the app to receive discounts but when to pay at the end the kiosk wants to void everything you entered because the multiple gift cards used. Frustrated that the app 15 % discount cant be used now, the onsite manager will not honor it. So that we lost the discount on an almost $45 order. So I went without my order and now very angry so the rest can keep their ordered food for I want the kids and grandkids to eat. I’m highly frustrated to be push to enter my order, rely on their app for discounts because this cost at fast food is ridiculous these days. Service lacking and being told to wait after that and placing the order a second time with a person at the register. Waited on the staff to take the order. Then told to wait at the end for a manager who said she’s busy to discuss honoring the 15% and to not get it. I couldn’t believe that a customer comes last. Busy?! I have already been here placing an order for six people. My family would like to eat too and use the benefits of the app for discounts for they benefit given they sell my data.

My sister & I both ordered on the mobile app & gave them our codes at the drive thru. My order came out within 10min but after 25min my sister's order was still not out. She ended up having to go inside to find out that they forgot hers!!!!

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for my food, they never came over the speaker, had to drive up to the PAY WINDOW to order, food was cold too! The manager needs to be fired, the employees don’t give a F about you.

I went through the drive through today and they helped 4 cars in the other lane and NEVER came over the speaker in my lane to take my order. I finally had to back up and get in the other lane for someone to actually talk to me and take my order. Then after 15 minutes just waiting to place my order I was asked to pull up out of line and wait some more for them to make my food. It couldn't have been the fries that they were making because those were cold. And on top of everything, when I got back to work and opened up my food, they had given me the wrong burger. I had ordered an Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe and they gave me a Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon.

The food was cold but it is McDonald's so it has the standard taste. However, the service was terrible for example they did not give us the receipt nor did they smile at all or even give a greeting.

We went inside to use facilities and get frappes. The girl at the register looked at us, walked to the take out window, said, you got a customer." No one acknowledged us after that. We finally just walked out. Sorry staff.

Came In restaurant ordered a large double quarter pounder meal . Once I received my meal I discovered that my fries were filed to a medium size. I asked could I get more fries and the lady went to asked the manager who then told the lady to “ get the hell out her face”. And the lady did so. Ridiculous and never coming back. Timer period 12:50-1:06 on 2/29/24. Manager im referring to had on a green hat this shift.
