Waited an HOUR in the drive through. Had 4 different people ask me what my order was. This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Two 20 piece nuggets and a Medium fry. Clearly someone also cannot count bc we crud not receive 20 nuggets and both orders. 15 in one and 18 in the other.

Drive through service stinks- was advised that wr could not order at the drive through menu board….they were only accepting app orders or door dash orders….WHAT? Awful service. Figured out how to do it and then waited 20 mins to NOT move 1 inch. Cx’d order and won’t be back. HORRIBLE.

Absolutely horrible. I have given this location numerous chances to no avail. Tonight (not my choice but the family's choice) ordered online while out running errands after work so I could grab on the way home. I sat in the drive thru for 37mins then asked to park bc waiting on one more item. In this 37mins I witnessed a few cars give up and exit the drive thru. After another 5 minutes and realizing they gave me the wrong drinks, I entered the store, one employee was mopping and much to my surprise there were four or five employees in the back (I thought I would only see one at the rate and pace the store was operating). It took a couple of minutes for a not so friendly lady to acknowledge me only to relay that my correct drink choice couldn’t be fulfilled (which I paid extra for) because their milkshake machine was not working and that also they were out of ‘golden’ sauce for the chicken item that I was still waiting on. I didn’t even care about the sauce or milkshake at that point… fries were cold also….thats the biggest let down. Finally after being there almost an hour I was on my way home late for kickoff.
I will deliberately drive to a store farther away to never frequent this establishment again. Unless JV & Sons/juan own all the McDonalds in town. Then we will just stick with Steve & Chick-fil-A who prides themselves on great efficient service and food.

Wednesday Nov. 19-25 6:15. Gave them a try again. Order was wrong, and food was cold. Dinner ruined again. Time to let CORPORATE AND DISTRICT KNOW.
Horrible staff, 5 people working and they can’t get through a 3 car drive thru. Waited 20 minutes to not get food, drove away and saw them all eating in the kitchen/doing nothing. 9pm mind you, it wasn’t that late.

I ordered my food on the app, Sat in the drive thru line for close to 45 minutes. Got someone on the speaker saying they’ll be with me in a moment, then continues to proceed with the other lane. I watched three cars go past me before I was even able to order but they would take a person probably every 15 minutes. Since I already ordered online, I decided to go up to the paying window and tell the lady I had sat there for 20 minutes. She checked me in and then we went to the food pick up area, when we got there, the lady proceeded to ask me what we ordered. We told her what we ordered, and they still got it wrong.

Waited for over twenty five minutes in drive thru. Wasn't given a receipt and then blamed for not getting a receipt. Wasn't given the correct order and the burgers were old and cold. Won't go there again.

Food ok not one hand sanitizer had anything in it in the dinning room or the men's bathroom. The men's bathroom was horribly keep absolutely disgusting. Little tiny curly hairs all over the sink and counter, the urinal looks like some washed their shoes in it and the floor was nasty.
