Watch this store with you orders, This is the second time they shorted my order. they had shorted me the hash brown again, I went back this time ask them for a couple extra to comp me for my time & fuel, There response I can give you 1 but will have to charge you for the others, Ask them to them pay me for my time & fuel. Mangers response was just get out. There customer service is horrible. My advise is to stay away from this location.
They don't care about you and never will, This is why there sale are so bad.

I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. I took the bagel back because I had no egg and they put the egg but no grilled onions…didn’t realize until I got home. I want what I paid for…damn is it that hard? Do better!! Give me what I paid for!!

Unprepared for lunch business at this location. They told us to come inside to order then told us they couldn't take any more orders. I don't why the GM decided to do updates during lunch hours. 10/10 don't recommend lol

Store is very dirty, food all over the floors. Greasy burger and it was raw. 4 employees on break while the tables were dirty. Staff was not engaged. Poor condition the health department will close this place down.

Why is it so hard to get sautéed onions on my steak mcgriddle at this location? Twice I've had none, this time I got a tiny pinch. This ingredient completes the sandwich and I wouldn't order without.
You got your higher minimum wage at the customer expense, tighten up. At least provide the product and service the customer is supposed to get, we're even doing part of your job with the kiosks. Nothing is more infuriating as a customer than big price increases, while still getting the same product and terrible service.

I did a mobile order through the drive-thru. Jennifer was very nice and more than eager to serve me! Both my burger and fries were super fresh!

It was a lot better employee's actually seem to care. Manager on duty is great keeping up with orders N customers. Just u want ketchup with frys they won't bring it to you.

We were at the for 10 minutes with no one in the line and a car pulled up and the lady answered the speaker right when that car pulled up then we pull to the window and she ignores us then she finally opens the window and we asked for 2 large sweet teas as clean as anyone could and she rung us up for mediums then they made us pay extra for the right drinks we ordered they both were very disrespectful and rude for no reason.

I really enjoyed my time here at this location. No music was playing but u could hear the music being made in the kitchen as the staff all worked in unison together and they all communicated perfectly. I got to hear the interactions with the customers also as I sat and charged my devices and ate my number #1 meal. Thank u to the 2 brothers who helped me out. To the first brother who pushed me up the big hill. God bless u brother and to the brother behind the register God bless u for helping me pay the rest of my order from being short. Everything was very fresh and hot and delicious 😋. Yall all work very well together. Keep up the great work 😊

Update: I returned to this mcdonalds at lunch rush and they were super busy. Drive through was packed and dining room stayed to fill up. It looked insane how busy they got lol. Would have helped to have a driver at the cash register and yall might not have bottled neck in the dining room. Great job though to the team for pulling it together and in the end. Everyone was taken care of successfully. For my meal. It took 20 minutes to be seated. And my meal was in my hands in 10 minutes from that. 30 minute dine in. To me that seems decent. They beat most of u fine dine restaurants lol. Adjustments to score have been made.

Just came and got the $8 McDonald's deal Big Mac combo. I love McDonald's I like to come there for all the deals and everything I got the McDonald's app on there and I was able to get free food and discounts on a lot of my food.

Food is rarely enjoyable and that may be because of the wait times and how it's made. Your order will have a 40% chance of it being wrong and unless you stand at the front of the store for 15 minutes they'll set your order aside and hand out food to anybody with patience since they won't call out orders or check the lobby.

But that may also be because there is never anybody at the front register to check in with customers and youll end up having to yell to call for one.

The atmosphere is very tense and heavy since everybody will be waiting for their food and annoyed.

Mediocre at best service, decent breakfast options, ice cream machine sometimes works, it's ok.
