This location is a damn joke. Show up at 730 pm and the lobby is closed and the line is wrapped around the building, literally. 90%of the time when myself or my family go to this location the inside is closed HOURS earlier than the hours on the door state they should be. Hire more COMPETENT workers that can actually work in a fast food kitchen and manage customers

Not busy. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they were severely understaffed. One person doing drive thru and doing food. The lady taking my order was nice and was happy that I wasn’t mad at her for it taking a few mins too long. The gm of this location should not have a job for leaving 1 person to do all the work

i ordered on the phone but when i went to pick it up the old lady told me she didnt have frappe and slammed the door, when i waited and asked her if she had something similar to replace it she yelled at me no and slammed the door again. dont come here and will never come back

Let’s get into it. At least 9 workers and they were not even busy. The whole establishment is filth. Stinks in there so bad. Tables dirty, floor dirty ect. cross contamination everywhere and the order was wrong and delayed because they didn’t want to do it and when done finally it was wrong. The pic of the “frappe” is not even funny it’s not a dulce de leche and it has chocolate drizzle on it. This can’t be real life. I don’t know what is happening, and the ice in it … can’t even make that when a machine does it for you edit to add: One female worker was filling fries up half way and another worker told her stop doing that do it right, so he went over her work and filled them correctly, he asked to get the front she said i’m not looking that way i’m looking this way (the order screen) but she finally did look towards the dining area and she made that “dulce de leche frap” after I saw her scratching her head and not washing her hands ever even after touching her rear. The photo of the “frap” was taken before throwing it in the trash. Other workers putting on head wraps by the food also no hand washing. Insane… no respect for themselves or others.

It doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time of day you go to this location, you will be in the drive thru line for up to 30 mins for the simplest and smallest of orders! No lie I came through here last week and there were only 3 employees on the clock! Drive times are INSANE!

Came by at 11:20pm. All the lights were on and there was no one inside. They don’t close until 1:00am. No signs up or anything.
Well, you know what McDonald’s is. If you go to McDonald’s, you go to McDonald’s. I only went to McDonald’s to pick up a delivery order. I prefer almost any other fast food restaurant at all whatsoever to McDonald’s.
