For a McDs, this visit was top notch. Everything was exact, nothing left out, all condiments and ample napkins in the bag and my fries were fresh, hot and perfectly salted.Kid-friendliness: McDs is not what it used to be. Kids don't really get excited about it like they once did.

Among many locations we liked this place because the people are very friendly nicely welcoming and taking care of the customers. The parking facility is quite plentiful while drive through is having separate avenue to get orders. We like the inside ambiance too.

Complete 180 degree turn around. I used to have bad experiences at this location but lately I've been getting great service, the wait time wasn't as long and my food was hot. Maybe it depends on the times I decide to go but I haven't been disappointed lately.

Statement verbatum from my husband, "Giving this location a 1 star is stretching it. I was at the drivethru that was blocked by a truck pulling a boat so I decided to park & just go in. I had a special order to give to the female at the counter so I skipped the kiosk that has proved to be off-putting at other stores. I stood at the counter and waited for someone to talk to me. A noncaucasion female employee saw me, turned and tapped the other noncaucasion female employee to let her know I needed assistance. Second female looked at me and ignored me. This scenario with trying to get her attention occurred two more times. She was doing absolutely nothing at each time yet preferred to ignore me. This happened at 2:53 this afternoon. It was not busy but they made it a point to be rude to me. So if you want to feel less than human and completely insulted, feel free to visit this store.Thankfully I got out of there without further disgust.Our Burger King order is great. Thank you, McDonalds at 3819 Monroe St, Tallahassee!"
