Drive-through service people are extremely rude and at the counter. It is the worst McDonald's in all of Florida that I've ever been to because of how rude these people are who work here. Pure disgusting attitude from these people. The food is cold and the ice coffee is totally watered down. Old food bad service. I don't recommend this place at all. As a matter of fact I'm rating it as the worst fastfood restaurant in all of Tallahassee. And it's mainly because of the rude women that work there. Savages. I will not ever go back there again. I gave it a good 6 months before I left this rating to see if there would be improvement in this company and there isn't. I've made several reports to the actual higher up management and they have done nothing about it. They think it's okay to give customers old food and cold coffee and the iced coffee has actually no coffee in it and what's worse they think it's okay to treat customers very bad!!!. It is by far the worst McDonald's I've been in, in all of the United States. The one by Crowder road is much better. They seem to have more respect and fresh food.

On their phones while messing with food, will make eye contact with you while your at the counter waiting to order and not come take your order. they need better management and more adults to keep these kids working and actually doing their job instead of ignoring their customers.

Never go to this location at night because the lines are long, service is slow, food is cold, and orders being accurate are a hit or miss. Service is okay during the day. This location in my opinion is one of the worst ones in the area. Go elsewhere if you can.

Went through the drive through at about 11pm, not super busy and there was an associate in a purple Jesus hoodie who was such an angel, alongside a younger gentleman. They made our online order timely and with no mistakes. Both these workers had a great attitude! :)
