Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s I have had the misfortune of visiting. Grumpy employee taking orders at the drive-thru, zero friendliness. Despite the restaurant not being busy, I still had to wait 20 minutes to get my order, and, frankly, the food tasted worse than at other McDonald’s. I don’t know what the employees were doing in there but it didn’t seem like it was working.

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru reserve spot for just one burger, while over 6 customers that ordered after me got their orders first in the drive-thru. When I finally got my food, they still forgot the sauce I specifically asked for.

I came in for just a coffee they had me waiting for about 30 mins and when it was finally ready the manager did not bring the coffee up to the place where people pick up their orders, she just left it in the back. And when I was trying to speak with her she ignored me several times. The service is horrible it’s good when certain managers are there but other managers are absolutely amazing with service while others are absolutely horrible with service.she also wouldn’t give me her name when I asked for it??? I also asked for a cup of water and I’m pretty sure she coughed in it so I had to throw it away.
Lazy and very slow I ordered Uber eats twice they still got my items wrong. Obviously they can't read. They need to close down.

I waited 30 minutes for a 10piece nugget and fries. The manager comes up while talking to an employee and asks what I had and once I tell her she proceeds to say “oh you should have been had it”. THEN WHY DID I WAIT 30 minutes.
