Make sure to always check your bag before you leave. They’ve messed up my order more than once. One time I ordered a large fries but only got a medium, and another time they completely forgot my fries.
The service options in the app also feel kind of pointless. I’ve chosen curbside pickup and table delivery before, but both times they just called my name at the door or counter instead of bringing it over.
To top it off, the dining area has like only one working outlet， every other one has no power.

I have been a regular at this store because it's on my way to work. I have had to wait in the drive thru 30-45 minutes, many times. Very slow service and even allowing for the lengthy wait time, it has made me late for work in the mornings and half the time the order is incorrect! Also some of the food did not appear fresh.

Waited 60 minutes on a DoorDash order until the customer gave up and cancelled. It should not be this slow for 1 burger. You’re better off going to the McDonalds on Tennessee street. They don’t know how to run this one.
