I ordered oatmeal on the app. I picked up my order but there were no apples or raisins with cranberries and there was cream when I had ordered no cream. I went inside and they gave me the rest. The women’s restroom was DISGUSTING. One of the stall toilets was covered in feces and the other in urine (which was the handicapped stall). There wasn’t any soap in the handicapped stall, nor a trash can by the sink outside the stalls. The smell was so bad. The staff didn’t appear to be busy. Gloves weren’t being worn by everyone.

When the young women are running the pickup window you should cancel your order. Uber Eats delivery driver via bicycle here. Cannot make money with this crew running the show. I had to cancel the order after 15-20 minutes of waiting because this woman insisted that she never had the order. Now, I know she did have And make this order because me and 10 other delivery workers had been standing there watching for our receipts since no one would address us. Me: “ma’am please, I’ve been here for 20 minutes, look again, I watched you make it. Please.” She put me in my place and then refused to respond to anything I said. Called customer and let him listen to her completely ignore me. Could’ve been home with my family instead of hanging out at McDonald’s for free. Anyways 5 minutes later while I’m calming down outside so I can safely ride again, another driver came out saying she just called my order but that I pissed her off and she kicked everyone out of the lobby. Both me and my customer had already cancelled at this point.
I’m just trying to pay rent. I’m pretty sure this is on McDonalds. Not the over-worked under-paid young woman. Still, unacceptable. Y’all, I’m out here doing 30-50 miles on my bike 5-7 days a week. I’m doing it. If you can’t do your job, then I can’t do mine. Step aside or ask for help.

I ordered an iced French vanilla coffee but they never added creamer so I just had just had black coffee. I will never order from them again

Won’t let me leave no stars but needs new workers that are respectful they act like they don’t want to be here they should of stayed home it’s too early to deal with a smart mouth. I ordered two single cheeseburgers (no meal) and it took 45 minutes to be ready. I’m not even mad at the staff, what are they supposed to do? Not even the managers either. CORPORATE needs to hire more people to work here. There was 15-20 people waiting on food inside, and a drive through that wrapped around the block and there were FIVE PEOPLE WORKING. In the middle of the day too, not even a late hour.
How are you going to treat your employees like this? They must be absolutely stressed getting yelled at by customers because food is taking too long, but it is not their fault they are violently understaffed.
Don’t go here. Poor staff is underpaid and understaffed. As a result you will wait 30+ minutes for your food.

This is one of those restaurants that makes me want the minimum wage lowered. Or a robot takeover.
Staff are extremely rude the majority of the time when I have been nothing but pleasant. Not open 24/7 despite being advertised as such as is closed for multiple hours through the night. Drive thru could either take 5 minutes or half an hour. It is extremely inconsistent. It’s about a 50/50 shot whether or not I will even be able to get food when stopping by. Lobby is also closed with no notice or signage. It’s unfortunate that this location still makes money with such poor management.
