Ppl have allergies and thank God I checked my babies food before he ate it. They put cheese on a burger and then wrapped burger in paper stating no cheese was on it. My baby is 4 and hungry and i canāt just go back to get it replaced. Allergans exist and if a person specifies that when placing an order itās pretty absurd to still do what you want.

Ordered on the app a sausage egg and CHEESE biscuit. Of course no cheese on it didn't notice until I got all the way home so drive back and it's 9:55am by then. They stop serving breakfast at 10:30 the manager was rude and didn't want to even do anything about it and then walks away and comes back with a 6 piece box with a slice of cheese in it and said that's all she can do because they are about to stop serving breakfast. Yeah in 35 mins. No it's called she's lazy and doesn't want to do her job. She was beyond rude and just lazy. Mind you I'm pregnant as well and can't eat certain things without getting sick. So when I wanted a sausage egg and CHEESE biscuit I thought I'd get one and it would be correct but no apparently that's to hard for them to do and when they get told nicely after I get all the way home and then have to go back wasting gas mind you. They get told nicely it was incorrect and they just don't know how to accept that. Some people don't need to be managers when they are going to be that rude and that lazy. When again it was only 9:55 y'all are still serving breakfast and cooking it she just didn't want to do her job. I won't be spending my money here again if they keep this up and not even willing to fix their mistakes.

I don't do McDonald's often. I've lived next to this one for a few lives, only been here maybe 4 times. I can't recall having a smooth interaction, regardless of ordering method. These people need get it together. From the lack of communication to the lack of products actually have in store, this is bad business. And while I've never had to say this out loud I am never coming back to this store, it's just not worth it. Time wasted and energy burned is the only expectations here. Bomb the building and rebuild it with new everything.
Waited in drive thru for 10 min. No orders where taken at all for the 6 of us cars. Should shut down

Rude. Took an order for a shake and then said they were out after I had already paid. Then offered a McFlurry instead. How about giving me my money back? Had a bunch of attitude the entire time. Surprised they even have a 2.9 rating. And the kiosk was out of paper, so when they yelled my number I didnāt know it was mine since I didnāt get a receipt.

When today through the drive-thru to get my food. When They brought out the burger about 15-20 minutes later it was missing one of the things that I'd asked for it to have on it. The Mac sauce. I went back inside to ask for them to remake it to which the manager lady proceeds to say I figured they might have forgotten that. And then takes the burger back so they can add the sauce back to it.
The drive-thru was not slammed busy and the inside was not packed. It shouldn't take 20 minutes for you to do a burger and then still get it wrong.
