The store opens at 5AM You can pull up to the drive-through at 6:30AM and never get a response December 2, 2025. So I ended up pulling off. Atleast acknowledging the customer even if it’s longer than a 5 minute wait to take their order would be better than not saying anything.

I only come here for the times I’m in a pinch, and regret it every time. I have a very short window for lunch, and typically a trip to McDonald’s would suffice bc it’s fast food. Not this location. Twice now I didn’t get to eat lunch at all because I got trapped waiting in the drive thru line unable to leave. The line didn’t move at all for 30 minutes and nobody was taking orders. Thankfully the people waiting behind me were kind enough to see that I wanted to back out and let me. Worst location ever.

The last time this happened I was upset enough to email corporate, because I had paid for a meal and never received it bc I couldn’t wait 30 mins and be late back to work. They sent me some free meal vouchers which was nice but I def won’t use them here. It sucks bc this is one of the few fast food options near where I work. I won’t be forgetting to bring my lunch again.

Came into the store today to pick up food online order nobody there to greet us. There was a line 33 deep and no one talked to the first person. Can you imagine I’m getting paid four dollars to pick up food for your Customer and I can’t get an answer. Terrible absolutely terrible. McDonald’s has gotten away from customer service. I’ve been eating at McDonald’s since 1970 and there’s not a store in town that doesn’t do this.

Went at 10 pm when they close at 12. I placed a mobile order and waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no answer. I went inside and I was told they have no food. The worker TOOK my phone from me and cancelled my order. They most definitely had food, they just were too lazy to make anything.

Third time in a row that we were told to hold and weren't assisted before we drove off so we weren't late fir work. Only orders placed through the app seem to go through in the morning... And even then, I doubt that they were assisted in a timely manner. There are currently only three people working which makes no sense because it's on the corner of a busy intersection.

this location has consistently been a total nightmare. whether it’s receiving the wrong order, or sitting at the drive through window for 10 minutes without anyone greeting me, something always goes wrong. avoid this location if you want to avoid getting upset

Not clean at all. The windowsills are filthy, spiderwebs and dirt. Tables and seats were all dirty as well. We had to clean an area off with napkins.

I stayed in curbside for 20-25 minutes and my order was never brought to me. I then decided to just pull into the drive-thru and had to sit for another 30-35 minutes just for 4 sausage biscuits.

Cars were steady pulling out of the line because they never got a chance to order their food. The phones are never answered and the breakfast lines don’t move at all. Probably one of the worst McDonald’s in Tallahassee when it comes down to breakfast …

I have been coming here for 12 years since moving to Tallahassee. We have had tons of issues with quality and timing but it’s always been the risk of eating out at fast food. I am a big aka (fat) girl. I am also currently 6 months pregnant and their Mac sauce has been a craving of mine. I average 3 visits a week totaling 50-60$ a visit. Last weekend I ordered a meal and they forgot to ring up the meal part so I asked if I could pay at the window and the manager said no and blamed it on me. I said mam I’m not coming in when the mistake was not mine and waiting even longer than I already have. She made it right and all was good despite we’ve had consistent issues with the cheeseburger patties being dry and overcooked. Well today was honestly appalling. Not only did I wait in the drive through for almost 20 minutes just to order I was then treated like trash by this same manager once again. The two girls at the window acknowledged my initial wait and the first thing they did was apologize. I had no issue with the wait. When I pulled up several people had already left due to the excessive initial wait so I checked my order. Instead of getting the Big Mac (cause of said patty issue) I said I wanted the double quarter pounder and instead of ketchup mayonnaise and mustard I wanted Mac sauce with extra Mac sauce. It’s important to note at this time I thought that was all that was wrong with my order. Turned out it was a bit more but again nothing that would surprise me. So while still at the window I saw the pickles and onions were missing from my burger. I asked for onion and lettuce on the side with the extra Mac sauce cause it was not on the burger. The manager was immediately mad and said they charge extra. I said I am asking for what should be included. I only asked for the condiments to be subbed not the toppings. At this point the first vehicles rolled up behind me. One the younger ladies even said the last person left. So the person had been behind me at most 30 seconds. The manager came to me with the sides and said I ordered wrong. I replied I did not and that it was a misunderstanding from whoever took my order. She said well you got your stuff you need to leave you’re holding up my line. I said excuse me. You do not need to be a b**ch. She then proceeded to yell at me call me a b**ch said I had an ugly face and my mama is a b**ch too. At this point I said I’m not leaving the line. She slammed the window and the employees were laughing and shocked undoubtably. I asked repeatedly for her name which she refused. She called the cops and said I was banned forever. I have no idea how this woman is employed let alone a manager. I recoded a 2 minute video after she initially slammed the window and you can see I was offended but she was next level aggressive and unprofessional for no actual reason. This job is not the job she should be in. If you can’t handle correcting a mistake that was accidentally made on your end you have no business managing at a franchise known for mistakes with their orders. My whole order actually had issues. But again nothing I would normally stress about. Didn’t get the double fries I asked for- meat was overcooked- daughter’s burger had the pickles I asked to be removed. Still never got my onions, No big it happens. But the manager. I will be impressed if you keep her at this location after this incident. Now I will say when she told me I was holding up the line for asking my order to be corrected I said “oh I’ll hold up a line.” I sat at that window a full 20+ minutes while I called corporate. Even when on the phone with corporate she continued to yell and talk smack from inside and refused to give her name. The guy at corporate asked for a description which I tried to give. He had no problems taking accountability for a mistake he definitely did not make. The manager of unknown name said she was calling her manager I said great what’s your name and still refused. I was shocked but I did not raise my voice I did not go irate I just stayed in n my car and called corporate. I was s
