Been standing here for 23 minutes waiting on an order, the guy in front of me has been here way longer and just got his drinks even though he's from the drive thru originally, the manager cursing to employees and here I am literally still sitting here waiting on my delivery order. I've worked in the food industry for over a decade, I'd fire this entire crew. They apparently gave my order to another person even though DoorDash has a verification method and they don't use it. Still no help, the line has been backing up, this table has been waiting on their food for over an hour... This is RIDICULOUS... Also the people that's been here an hour got their drinks finally and then a refund and walked out at 10:57am today. I'm still here, been here since 10:10am and everyone else was here before me.

STOP. Of all the mistakes you will make today, do not let eating at this restaurant be one of them. Incompetent staff. Improperly cooked food. Fighting in the kitchen. I waited for 20 minutes on my food and only because I got out of my seat and approached the counter did they give me my food which was nearly cold. This place is a customer service disaster. The food is on par because it's McDonald's, but the wait time for your food is consistently long. They make you park in a parking spot after you've made your order to get you out of the line so that you don't mess up their wait time on the computers. If you are in a rush don't come to this one.

i came to this mcdonald at around 10:30 pm and ordered the 40 piece nugget and 2 L fry deal and only got a 20 piece but with 2 fries? how does someone miss a whole box of nuggets in a meal? 20 dollars sent on something that could have been 15, less. you should be disappointed with you management

Chose McDonalds to give my money to of all places; this comes from pressure from my wife wanting something. We normally no longer support corporations, as they feel as if we serve them, when in reality they do not exist without the customer. Upon placing an order, patiently waiting to pay; It appears after paying āwe do not have apple piesā okay, do you have strawberry instead, we have noneā myself; āCan I have my money back, seeing as how you cannot satisfy the orderā and Iām told āNoā. WHAT! (As if Iām to have absorb the negligence) she says we are dropping them now; we have themā āokay, whatās the wait for thatā āabout 12 minutesā āIām not interested in waiting 12 minutes, i would like my money backā I picked fast food because I have a life.. āI told her Iām a paying customer, I want my money backā basically in a nutshell youāre not going to treat people like you own them, after the young lady wanted to gnash her teeth and tell me IM wrong, refuse to give me a refund and tell me what Iām going to get is not how it works. There was a young boy at the window in the drivers thru, He barely acknowledged me and was into his device.He was also trying to put stale cookies in my bag,he was a little impatient and was clearly not focused.And outside there was a worker smoking,which is very unprofessional.
The ladies at the front are AMAZING!!! perfect! Y'all made my day with your kindness and wonderful service!

Not exactly sure what's going on at this location but boy they don't take care of their inside guests. If visiting this location, I recommend going through the drive-thru. I even witnessed a few people walking out due to the lack of customer service at the front desk. Plenty of other McDonald's out there maybe visit another location. Super upsetting as this lunch was to celebrate my son's 2nd birthday and they managed to ruin his lunch š¢

Was sitting at the drive-through while everything was bustling inside. We were met through the intercom by Joanne, who was absolutely fantastic. We could hear all the craziness in the background from customers, making various demands and multitude of orders. Need to be filled all at once. She was kind of us and kind of all of her staff, the only downside was, she forgot to turn off her headset, but, hearing how awesome she was to her team during that much stress from customers being pushy let me to write this review. You need people like her to stick around, because she made sure the entire team stayed strong.
