this was our first time visiting and we were not impressed - our waitresses madison took forever to take/place our dinner order (we ordered after appetizers were already served) and I ordered six wings and they only served me five - like do you not know how to count? so I told our waitress and she proceeded to take my entire plate back to the kitchen then brought out the same plate within minutes and stated that they dropped more and she would bring it out...why did she need to take my plate back if she didn't bring out the remainder wing? so that's gross and not typical restaurant procedure. a few minutes later she brought out one singular wing in a plastic cup - that is so embarrassing I would literally cringe serving one singular wing to a customer. overall, basic rules and etiquette need to be taught because our whole table was shocked and laughing at the disbelief.

This place has gone downhill. Years ago it was great. Now the service is hit or miss. You'll be waiting for a drink or refill and and all the servers are by the kitchen chit chatting and joking around. One time one server had her baby there and carrying him in and out of the kitchen while other servers took turns carrying him. Orders are wrong or very slow to come out. Basically it's like there's no management. Won't be going back after several bad experiences

First a slow night there were lots of mistakes. Had the pretzel with the 2 dips, the beer cheese was super watery. Husband ordered wings naked with sauce on the side but they came tossed. I ordered the zinger Mac and cheese.....had no flavor. Sauce wasn't cheesey and zingers were hard. Service was lacking. Should know better!!
