Had an amazing anniversary dinner here! Our server Trevor, was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and wine pairings and an all around amazing and attentive server. The food was fantastic, we ordered the Salmon Provencal and the Pasta Bolognese. The general manager Emil also checked in with us ensuring we were having a great anniversary. This is definitely the spot where we will be having all our anniversary and special occasion dinners from now on!

Service was HORRIBLE!! Food was not hot, my meal was served over 10 minutes after our whole table was served. We had birthday cake which took them over 30 minutes to bring it out. It was so loud you could not hear each other talk. And it was so hot, I don't think their A/C works. We will never ever ever go to this place again

Delicious food and impeccable service! Love that the chef/owner sent a sample dish for us to try and that he was checking on guests during their meals. A wonderful gem in Tallahassee, don’t pass it by.

Food there is good, the service is awesome. But if you want somewhere quiet, this is not for you.

The food was delicious and the service was spectacular. Trevor made great recommendations and we enjoyed them all from the appetizer to dessert with a Summer Sangria in between. Make a reservation and enjoy!

Absolutely amazing. Wonderful service with even better food. The wine selection is perfect too. Wife and I came here for the first time and won’t be the last.

Came here in February for my birthday dinner. Ordered our drinks, apps, and entrees. Drinks came, but the server forgot one of them. No worries, we reminded him when he dropped off the appetizers. He leaves, still doesn’t bring the drink so we wave him down and ask one more time and he brings it. Okay, maybe he’s just busy. Some time goes by and by this point, we’ve finished our apps and our drinks need refills. Our server is nowhere to be seen. People around us are being seated and receiving prompt service. When they started being served their entrees despite being seated and ordering after us, that’s when we started getting worried. All the while, our server is seemingly *avoiding* us. We politely asked a different server if we could get some refills and if she knew where our server was. She said she’d find him for us. He comes back and we ask where our food is and he gives us a sheepish apology. We did not get our entrees until over a hour after we ordered. The food was tasty when we finally received it. Our server offered us the dessert menu at the end, but we had been there for so long at that point that I just wanted to leave. We were not offered any solution to try to make it right. I understand having an off night, but our overall experience at Mimi’s was subpar.

Overall this was a great birthday meal and I want to go back to try more of their food. Most of their dishes seemed to have their own spin on them, which made them more interesting, and everything was very well executed. I've never had anything with quite the flavor profile as the seafood grill and want it again, maybe with a little rice or pasta, but the scallops were under. Salmon was perfectly seasoned and cooked, although something in the sauce on the orzo had an odd chemically flavor. Lasagna was excellent. Bread evoo/balsamic appetizer was great but needed more bread. Our server seemed to disappear a couple of times but there was apparently some sort of issue in the kitchen. The space is pretty small although they seem to be using it efficiently. That said, this is easily in my top 10 Tallahassee restaurants.

Had a wonderful meal tonight for my wife’s birthday! It’s not too often the head chef comes out to check if every was good with you dinner. The waiter Ethan was great and paid close attention to details. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a quality meal in a cosy atmosphere.

Trout Almondine! That was my entree at Mimi's Table, and my goodness, was it delicious! I wanted to try a new restaurant & I'm so glad I chose Mimi's. Mimi's is both bright & cozy. The ambiance reminds me of a bistro in Paris or Florence. The atmosphere invites conversation amongst friends or quiet dinner for writing (which is what I did). The waitstaff are attentive and engaging. The wine selection was a great choice. The food presentation is Bon Appetite worthy. Did I mention the trout with capers and almonds, buttery mashed potatoes, & fresh green beans were scrumptious? I kept hearing fellow diners make similar exclamations about their dinners. The portions were just right. I didn't order an appetizer because I wanted room for dessert. I ordered the dessert to take home. The owner came out to greet us personally. Chef's kiss! Yes, my feet will under Mimi's Table regularly.
