It's Moe's. It's decent. Can someone put the sign back up for the entrance off Old St Augustine? That intersection's too easy to miss.

Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The one on apalachee parkway particularly. Placed an online order, they pretended to not have the order but then when shown a flash of the online receipt and request for a refund due to the fact that 10 minutes after the order was to be completed the cashier magically had me pulled up. However no refund was given. Days after the money was removed from my account I located the district manager who at the time of calling seemed to take this matter seriously, however to no avail. After following up because the process of a refund STILL hadn’t begun, he began to ignore my attempt to reach out again. I attempt to get a cash refund but am met with continuous hoops to jump through to obtain the money that was taken without any product being delivered. There is zero customer service and I’m thankful that my order wasn’t fulfilled, because regardless of the refund issue, the restaurant is not only disgusting but CLEARLY poorly run. 0 stars.

The place I s straight up dirty with black Olen cabinets. The meat they put on the burritos is about a tablespoon. I have eaten at this location several times and it seems to be sliding downward.
The Appalchee Pkwy location is horrid. Dirty as a dumpster.

First time at Moes, it smelled good but when the girl asked me “what else would u like?” In the 2nd section I said “what can I get?” She said “veggies” and I saw nothing… I saw one carton of corn that was almost done, a carton that was empty and then another carton that looked like maybe it had one strip of onions or something but it was done… So I moved to the next isle etc.?Service was sub par.‼️when I got to the cashier, I finally noticed that the place just looked very unclean, not taken care of, (should’ve taken photos) you got garbage cans where there shouldn’t be, and just disorganized. Like you can tell no one cares about this place. Lol. Smh.At first I was gonna rate it 4 ⭐️ just cuz where were “the veggies?” Then 3 ⭐️ because service was ehh. Then 2 ⭐️ because the food (although I was grateful for a meal) had no real flavor. And I felt like “do they wipe these counters?” When I got my chips in the bag and they moved my burrito from the counter to the bag on top of the chips. - After seeing the whole place..I was also told I should’ve gotten salsa. I didn’t know Moes had different salsas for their chips, lol. I got Just a bag of nachos. - what am I to do with all these nacho chips? LOL.Won’t go there again.I’ll try another Moes elsewhere.

This used to be the best Moe's ever. Lately, it's a little rough. I think there's a new manager, and a lot of new employees. Things seem to be falling through the cracks. Dirty tables, slow lines, constantly out of stuff (prepped food, napkins, forks...).They also have made a mistake on my to-go orders almost every time over the last two months.I'm hoping they shape up.
The girl that took our order was rude. It was kind of run down and messy looking. I have been to this location before, but it hasn't been this bad. The food was sub-par.

While the service is fine the place is filthy! The pots, the stoves, the floor, the prep counter are all in need of a deep clean. And the bathrooms: always have clogged toilets and/or sinks! Additionally, inside and outside smell awful.

Had a terrible experience at this Moe’s. I accidentally hit one of my coupons so it expired before I got to the restaurant. Found out later I had other coupons I could’ve used but the cashier was wildly unhelpful and the manager was standing there too just watching me struggle. The reason I went to the restaurant was because I had a coupon but couldn’t use it. Just mad that customer service was so bad. I should have left the food there and not paid. Lesson learned.
