Paying $5 for a cup of queso when your whole bag of chips are stale is crazy. So disappointed.

Employees were talking for a minute before they acknowledge customers walked in. They didn’t have salsa. My quesadilla was not made properly. And one of the employees left when starting our order to go drop off something I messed up on a different order🤦🏽‍♀️

The food was cold and I paid for extra meat plus no one never answer the store phone for me to talk to a manager I been calling for 3 weeks bad business . West Tennessee Street location

This is by far the worst location out of all the ones I have been to. Today they didn’t have cilantro lime rice, any beans, lemon or lime, only one salsa, and no ice in their soda machine. The guy told me their food truck was late, but it was around 3pm. This isn’t the first time. Horrible experience and small portions. P.S they don’t include the free drink with moe’s Monday anymore.

Forgot my side of queso, chips were really bad, and food was cold even though I picked it up by the time stated on the order. Wouldn't recommend.

I am Moe's fan but today, Trash. Never have I ever, walked into Moe's not even in the airport greeted with smikes and an excited, WELCOME TO MOE'S! This locations food was just as its service and leadership. And what's even as crazy, there was little to nobody but us in there. After our experience , I understand why.

We ordered nachos with tofu, requested tofu be EXTRA firm, which every Moes we visit, they understand let it cook a few min longer. We got our food and it was undercooked. When I asked for a refund b/c it was not done, the manager said it was prepared according to cook time but Ill take care if the refund.

I'd also like to mention she stood in the kitchen door speaking to the employees smoking a Vap!! I will NEVA visit this location, again. And neither to anyone reading this review.

But I will continue to visit other Moe's back home, Texas.

Awful food and customer service. I had to throw my out. I tried to give it a chance but food poisoning ran through my mind. Don’t eat here.

Had no sautéed veggies or corn salsa and girl serving had attitude about it. Ended up not eating there and provably won't again

I walked into this location hoping for a huge burrito, instead I was ignored. When I stepped up to the ordering area the gal that was just standing there walked off,no smile no hello, just turned her back. Then another gal walked up, started straightening things up like busy work as I stared straight at her. More customers came in behind me and were greeted with "Welcome to Moe's!" Then, looking right past me, she took their order as if a 6 foot 200lb guy wasn't standing there staring at them... I had no other reason to stand there if not to order food. I walked out of the place shaking my head. What has happened to customer service? Looking at the dishevelled dishes, half with no lids, at the dried out beans and rice along with a dirty dining room made me glad the lady ignored me. The quality of their work is clearly tantamount to the quality of the food! DONT GO THERE!

I'm pretty sure this place got me sick the week I had it. It all looked gross from the look of the interior of the store to the food. One of those places where you may not see the bugs and rats, but you know they are there

Had them as a 4 star for about 2 years and just switched them to a 1 star. Service is terrible, the workers obviously don't want to work. They don't change out their food, they skimp you on protein and pile you up with everything else so it's just a mess of an order no matter what you get. Not to mention it cost me $20 for a burrito and queso. Yeah they're terrible.

This is the worst moes I've ever been too..Awful, Just say no to moes..30.00 for 2 bowels , and we threw it away , it was un fit for human consumption.I will be calling the corporate in the AM. To say this suxed is an understatement.You just lost a long time customer. Never again!Trust me taco bell is a huge step up from this place !
