The bowl they gave me was only half full and a full 25 mins after my order was supposed to be done….there was no one in line and they only had 2 people actually working. First and last time I ever come to this store good lord.

Placed an order via Uber eats and my order arrived with a ton of lettuce.... a little to no protein... No pico...missing salsa... Unwarranted queso add-on...and it was prepared poorly.
Fast delivery tho, probably due to lack of preparation. I'm very disappointed with my purchase and may never return. On the fence currently.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I ran a Tex Mex restaurant in town for 4 years and we sold a lot of Burritos and it seems like Moes can’t figure out how to fold a burrito in order for it not to fall out of the tortilla after the first bite. Now I do get extra beef but the place I worked at did 2x double portion at Moe’s so four times and they folded a burrito like it was nothing.
It was also 20 dollars and literally got 9 stale chips Moes needs to find out how to fold a burrito properly it’s not hard at all

Horrible experience at this moes. They are out of ground beef so they gave me my order without half of my food without informing me??? They gave me the bag and let me leave the restaurant without half of my order. And were just going to let me be disappointed when I got home. The only reason I gave a 2 star service is because they let me get a refund. I was trying to prove my partner wrong because he says moes is horrible but we agreed after today to never try moes again.

I was waiting in line for my guacamole when a large roach crawled across the wall behind me, went on the floor, and went under the service station where they make your food. I will never go back.

This is what a burrito looks like that cost $18 with a drink, a square. The girl wrapping burritos hasn't got a clue how to wrap a burrito, and her 2 coworkers are watching these square blown out burritos. She blew mine out wrapping it, and blew out the customer in front of me twice.
The food tastes decent enough to eat, but not worth what I paid. I rarely eat out anymore because prices are beyond insane, but when I do I expect perfection for what I'm paying, not the same awful service and poorly executed food that was acceptable when this burrito cost half as much.

Food was assembled very poorly, everything just fell apart when picked up. The kitchen was visibly dirty with thick grease and broken chips everywhere they shouldn't be. It seemed like the staff had no training in how to do any of this. They were nice enough but the food was terrible and a waste of money. I would avoid it.

I usually don’t experiencing anything bad at this location but today I did. I ordered a burrito and a stack. One of the employees started my burrito with a portion that only an ant could eat and I am clearly very pregnant. He then asked me did I want more chicken, I said yes and he charged me more for it. I also asked for queso instead of shredded cheese also charged extra for that which I was fine with until he seemed frustrated that he has to work before the holidays. If you do not want to work do not come in and take it out on customers. Horrible experience and also I was over charged for both items. Will be contacting corporate.

This place is disgusting. Check for yourself to confirm, but dont eat here. It seems no one cleans, and the food is flavorless. My date literally couldn't eat it. (she chose location)
