hot & fresh food, no line, great service, friendly employees
Oh man… they need to clean the stove . First client in and that thing is covered in burnt old pieces of food. Guacamole is definitely old, brown and from another day. In fact , all items look days old. Server just on Bluetooth phone. Can’t tell if he is talking to me, definitely can’t hear me when I tell him what I want.
Very dirty place, the food spot was a mess and nobody came to help us so we left. Very surprising for Moes.

Stood in line with only one other person in the lobby for 10 minutes, before being greeted. Employee didn't wash hands before applying gloves and handled tortilla before putting on gloves. Portion sizes were impressively small. Chips stale and sitting out in pre portioned bags, cold. There really isn't a silver lining to pay $16 for a burrito and small queso. I will not return and will select another joint for a quick lunch pick up.

This was honestly the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. Walked in at normal lunch time, not a soul in sight. Two employees sauntered out to serve us ingredients that appeared to have been sitting out for some time. I input my rewards information, the worker asked if I’d like to use the $5 off option. I replied with a pained smile, “Yes, please, thank you.” The receipt showed that no such discount had been applied. I paid full price. I paid full price for the dregs of adobo chicken I chose to avoid the up-charge for white meat. God forbid I have an enjoyable burrito experience. No, God is nowhere in this place.

Smallest and coldest burrito ive ever gotten, only 1 door was unlocked, no greeting. none of the trash cans had bags, food and trash piled on all the tables and the drink machine had no ice or carbonation which they dont tell you before you buy a drink. This happens more often than not now. Very disappointing for a near $20 meal.

I’ve always loved this location, but this last experience was not good.
During this visit I spent $17 on a kid’s quesadilla, chips with a cup of queso, and a large drink.
Let me save you the time, DO NOT GO.
My first issue was not feeling very welcomed in the line itself for there being 1 other customer than me in the line. I was greeted and they properly took care of me, as expected.. but I’m used to them having an active conversation with me and making the experience friendly and enjoyable at this location, but it was not.
My second issue was I went to check out & the cashier did not combine my items again like they usually do, which all together makes it a few dollars cheaper than every item separately added.
3rd I ordered a large drink all to find out with utter disappointment there’s no ice which defeats the whole purpose of getting a drink in the hot summertime. I went to ask the cashier who told me they are out of ice but have ice in the back?? I don’t know about y’all, but I normalize that if a customer is asking about something, and you have it, just go get it for them. I don’t understand why they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them to grab ice for me. I didn’t need the explanation, I just wanted ice if they had it.
And lastly I get to the food, which is sloppily put together and the queso was changed which I didn’t like. So I spent $17 just to only eat the kids quesadilla I bought that was sloppily put together.
I definitely won’t be returning to Moe’s again after this experience and I’ve been a Moe’s customer for years.
I’d probably return to other locations, but in the past they have skimped me on queso & charged me full price.. and on top of that, I don’t like the new queso of choice.

I ordered online, instead of letting me know they are out of bowls they just completely changed my order and Gabe me a burrito. Not OK. If I wanted a burrito I would order a burrito. Very disappointed in the customer service, or lack thereof..

This time, they had no meat ready. They were busy, but management does not know how to manage obviously. Running out of meat, come on. I just left.
My grandson loves it. His favorite place. Kids eat free on Tuesday. He reminds me on Monday

I ordered through the website and then the DoorDash driver drove around for 30min, parked at Home Depot and then posted my order as delivered. I drove to this location and Jack remembered having just make my order, and sympathized with the fact that my food had been stolen. He made my order again without questions. Making the experience right even though he and Moe’s wasn’t the problem was an awesome move. Jack is a great asset to the Moe’s team!

Everything was good but the homeless man in there smelled horrific, makes you want to second guess about eating there.
