Moe's Southwest Grill

Moe's has really gone off the deep end. Burrito had very little meat, and the meat that it had tasted off. Not even the queso tastes like it used to.

Not even trying with the food. Bland, overcooked, maybe microwaved steak. Not a hint of spice in the building. Red salsa is tomato sauce. Waste of $30 on two burritos. Eww

If you wanna know why your business down come try to eat your food chips were ice cold. I assume they took them out of the refrigerator from yesterday which is fine but they were cold.
Burrito subpar only thing that was decent was the coke Good luck I’ll never be back. Our office use to eat every week but we stop a 8 months ago for reasons like this

I placed a mobile order and didn’t realize it auto-selected some ingredients. They had already made my order but they remade it during busy rush hour with a smile which they did not have to do it was my mistake. Great customer service!!

This is the mess Moe’s gave me today. Absolutely unacceptable. It looks like they just threw everything together with no care or effort. Drenched in sour cream, barely any structure to the meal, and it was cold when I got it. For the price, I expect better presentation and flavor. This felt more like leftovers than a fresh order. Do better. Smh !!!!!!!!

I love Moe’s and was traveling all day. I went to this one because the number rating was better, They placed my open quesadilla in a bag instead of the tray first. The ingredients were spilled out in the bag. And I’m not sure how rice can taste spoiled, but the cilantro rice was disgusting here. I would like a refund.

Their chicken is not the way it used to be and they are getting skippy with the portion now. Don't go as often anymore but when they have their deals.

It's clean and relatively new. Food is good.

Edit: Boy has this gone downhill. I used to love coming here. Now, the food isn't kept to serving temperature, the place is grimy feeling with sticky floors and there's bugs in the seating area. The DOH would have a field day here. Neither me nor my wife could understand the cashier.

This is the new Quesabirria Taco it cost $5. It literally is SO SO small. No meat just a waste of money.
