Terrible. Paid $40 for a bowl that wasn’t even nearly filled, a burrito they forgot the chicken and queso that I didn’t ask for but they ran out of guacamole so they replaced it with queso since “they couldn’t refund me for the guac since I already paid” well then take it off the online option. There were five pieces of rubber chicken in my sons quesadilla - TERRIBLE AND A WASTE OF MY DANG MONEY

Said they had no food left but there was food all in front of us. Refused to serve us. I felt like I was super nice and they were just very rude.

Employees are rude and slow.

I ordered 3 chicken tacos and the meat tastes like fake rubber chicken 🐔. I think it's like 90 percent filler and 10 percent chicken. And wow hardly any meat at all very skimpy on portion of chicken if that's even real chicken

Almost 18 dollars not worth it this franchise is hitting rock bottom

We eat Moes atleast 2 times a week, just in our home town.. This location is disgusting and made us wonder if the health department ever comes to this location… Plus one guy was running the whole place and sweating to death.

Every time I go to this location it’s terrible. Sloppy packaging and tiny portions, nothing is seasoned right. It seems to be an issue with training. I’ve been going to Moes for 15 years and never leave reviews - it’s that bad... Just go to the one by hobby lobby lol

The portions were so small - and they charge extra from a little drizzle of queso and a table spoon of guacamole. The regular size quesadilla they folded in half instead of putting two tortillas on top of each other and cutting in 4 pieces. It basically only had 2 slices. Very disappointed with the portions. There should be a cup measurement to be a standard measured their spoon varies significantly.

Moe’s catered my son’s graduation party. The food was excellent, the set up was perfect, and the portions were very generous.! I would highly recommend having them cater your next party!

Went into Moes today and the General Manager Eddy was alone we had a big bus and he assured us we would all be taken care of and sure enough every bowl was made picture perfect. He took care of 27 people with ease. We will definitely come back thank you moes thomasville
