The worst Moe’s I’ve ever had and I want my money back. Chicken is so old it looks plastic.

My wife and I love Moe’s and we have
Frequent moes in various cities and this by farrrrrrrrrr the worst moes I’ve ever seen! The service and food quality was terrible . The heavier lady was interested in working , the food was old/ dry and one guy ran the entire show.

Slowest Moe's I've ever been to. Incompetent staff. There were 3 people in front of me and it took 30 minutes for him to start the order.

Awesome customer service. Every time. This time the gentleman who made my bowl saw that the steak was dry and had been out for a bit and insisted on making me a bowl with fresh steak. I would’ve eaten it like it was but he takes pride in his job and customer care!

The food there was as expected. I was going to order a tofu on my burrito but they only had five pieces of dried out tofu left so I ordered ground beef. It was during lunch and though the service was good because the people are nice. It was extremely slow but I can't really blame them as they look like they're extremely short-staffed. All the tables were dirty. The bathroom was nasty. Nothing was wiped down. So I wiped down my own table and seat and ate my food which tasted okay. It wasn't great

Disappointing meal, again. It seems Moe's has thrown in the towel on providing a decent meal. I understand food and Labor prices have gone up, however when you raise the prices to cover that the quality shouldn't be comprised. Quite a few sub par meals at Moe's over the last few years, so like a number of other restaurants this one is now off my list.

Ordered a mobile order this evening and was not ready when I showed up, was still on screen which was fine I waited. When I got home my nachos had no chicken, called at least 15 times and nobody will answer so just wasted $13.

My family stopped by this chain restaurant while passing through Tallahassee. We hadn't eaten at a Moe's in a while so decided to give it a try.
The restaurant itself appeared to be well kept. No tables were dirty, and the buffet line was clean.
I ordered the white chicken quesadilla with lettuce, cheese, and chopped jalapeños. That with the salsa was excellent! The side chips were OK.
The restrooms left a lot to be desired as they appeared to not have been cleaned on a long time. Trash was overflowing and the toilet needed to be cleaned.
Other than the restrooms, this was a nice visit.

This place was very disappointing the guy that was serving said that they don't do two types of meats for the bowl which I know they do because last week I got the half chicken and half steak like I always do I could have been something racial so I will reach out to a general manager about this as a paying customer

So! They have a special tonight BUT they 'don't' have the ingredients to deliver the special ... early in the evening. How many stars would that be?

Do not order delivery from here… my husband and I spent over $40 for our meals tonight. I paid extra for queso in my bowl, and it had none. Wrong ingredients. And there was a hair in my bowl… extremely unsanitary. My husband asked for certain sauces on the side, and they just piled them all on top. Our chips were stale. Paying $40 for Moe’s, you’d expect them to show a little more concern with what they are preparing. When I tried to call the location, it asked me to leave a voicemail but their voicemail box was full. Just not worth ordering from here. Unsanitary, and just plain wrong.
