“Delicious food, friendly staff, and perfect coffee.I was greeted as soon as I entered, and the baristas were great as I asked menu-related questions. The atmosphere inside the café was really unique - the corner location for the shop definitely makes this one of the more visually beautiful coffee shops in Tallahassee!A little difficult when it comes to parking, but not too bad at noon on a Thursday.Parking: Limited parking space, and a little difficult to navigate in and out of the lot. Anyone used to Tallahassee's Midtown knows how it is, though.“

“My husband and I went for the first time this weekend. The food was awesome especially the Calamari, Buffalo Chicken pizza, and the Meat Eater Pizza (with jalapeños). We also enjoyed the Cucumber Lemonade. It was so refreshing. Our waitress Isabel was amazing. After we told her it was our first time there, she made sure we were satisfied with everything. Definitely love the atmosphere. And of course, I had to check out the bar and definitely loved the set up. We definitely will be going back.“

UR BOWL Ramen • $$
2910 Kerry Forest Pkwy Unit B2, Tallahassee

“The ramen is delish, definitely recommend. Although this past time, I got the pad thai and it was a little disappointing. Barely any sauce, so it was a bit bland. Probably wouldn't get it again, so I'd stick to the ramen if I were you.“

“Used to come here when it was McGowens. I know it's changed hands a few times since they closed but to walk in here & see the lighter, fresher colors was amazing. Nothing against McGowen's - it was a pub afterall, but it felt so new. And having mostly lighter fare (seafood, chicken, vegetarian choices) helped give this a delightful venue to try. Normally I always take pics but I forgot this time. They still have multiple draft options but they also include a daiquiri list (not frozen) & Mojito choices. I tried the grilled pineapple mojito & Hemingway daiquiri - both very good! My husband & I ordered the grilled jalapeño corn dip & the roasted garlic and white bean bruschetta to start, I chose the (half size) goat cheese & beet salad while my hubby had the southern smash burger! No desserts - we were too full. Our server (Tory I think her name was) was a delight! Definitely will be back!!! Check them out on Instagram at Rae's.TLH or their website: raesrestauranttlh.com“
