Service was horrendous. Waiter needed to be flagged down to ask for refills on soup and salad bar. Soup was cold when arrived as if it had been sitting, salad was never refilled and neither were breadsticks although it was requested numerous times. The restaurant was not particularly busy. Other tables were receiving much better service

We had a very nice lunch at the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant. The atmosphere is casual yet nice, with a definite Italian flare. We really enjoyed their lunch specials which include soup or salad and a lunch size entree. My ravioli was good and wife liked her spaghetti and meat sauce. Our server was very good friendly and attentive.

The Tallahassee restaurant on Apalachee Pkwy stunk yesterday. You could smell a nasty odor as the front doors were opened for us and the odor was throughout the area we walked and even where we ate! Smelled like vomit, backed-up toilet that had soaked the carpet and/or a boys' locker room all combined. Mentioned it to our hostess and she just gave a polite little comment but we nearly turned around and left! Our family has eaten there for years and have never noticed this problem before. PLEASE fix it!

I ordered a catered meal with delivery. The staff at the restaurant was extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to decide my order for 20-25 people. The order was delivered on time and kudos to Deja (Red) for setting everything up and providing instructions. Just a fabulous crew at this location! And, the food (The Pasta Station) was AWESOME!! Thank you Olive Garden Tallahassee!

We went to our local location in Tallahassee for Chicken Marsala. We had not been there in a while and to our surprise they no longer offer it on the menu. Being a VP of Operations for a hotel company , I figured they might be able to make it considering they offer a stuffed chicken version Marsala. In hopes of them trying to provide us with some type of customer service. The server shut that down right away and simply said NO, not let me check with somewhat of an attitude. So we decided to go ahead and try the new version that was offered with mashed potatoes (really)!! Thought this is considered an Italian restaurant. We then attempted to see if could get pasta and were told, not without up charging us for an additional side!! Again with somewhat of an attitude!! I told my wife, I give up as we shouldn’t have to work this hard to get a simple meal. We got up and left and the server didn’t care what we did!! We will not ever return to any location.

This place is amazing! My mom and I went out on a date and really enjoyed the food. I love this place so much. Very, very, very great experience.
