Employees coming few minutes before opening not a good idea! Should be at least 15 with pay so they are ready when doors open !
We went to Olive Garden in Tallahassee and we had a wonderful experience. Our food and drinks were delicious and our server, LaTonya went above and beyond. Everything came out wonderful and she was so sweet. As we left she gave my daughters a valentine's day candy each and to my youngest she gave a little gift. This was so sweet of her. My daughter loved the gift and has not stopped carrying it around since she got it. I recommend asking for her as your server. We will be...
Erin completed our order today and put in 110% effort to get it out. She was like a one man show, taking to go orders, processing them and delivering wonderful food. She clearly was doing a lot by herself with very little help in the kitchen. Thank you Erin for giving 110%. I must say, though, that there were 3 employees at the front desk just standing and doing absolutely nothing. Maybe teach them how to help fill orders, or check on guests and lend a hand to others.
