What a fantastic place to grab some espresso! We got the cardy B, the cereal milk espresso, and the "Americola." All were fantastic and staff is super friendly. Definitely worth stopping by!

No Photos needed! Just stop and try the coffee. Ordered an Americano, just 8oz instead of the standard 12oz (less water). I can stop and grab one any time. The Black & white natural they use is just tasty!

I went to ology coffee to get an iced london fog. The barista didn’t know how to make it but still tried which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I ended up with a cup of straight oat milk. The service was good and my barista was very kind so I wasn’t upset. I just wish the barista let me know they didn’t know how to make it or offered to make me something else instead. This place does great coffee though!

Stopped in on our way to visit our family in Merritt Island. We used to live in Tallahassee 14 years ago. Coffee was very good, not bitter like a lot of chain coffee shops. Barista was very helpful. Highly recommend the coffee! We go on coffee dates very often in our home area and travels. Thanks for treating us so well and the terrific service!!

Wonderful service, I was offered a "Barista Creation" that was a bit too excited for my tastes and without any hesitation they offered make me something new. So it stuck with my simple iced latte. Inviting, clean, and open.I'm a bit particular and do not like walking away from coffee shops smelling like the food being cooked in their. Ology is open to the outdoors allowing for great airflow and not strong smells.Highly Recommend!

We’ve been out of the country for a while. It always amazes me how American establishments don’t know how to make a cappuccino. This place was no different. Muddy dishwater cap. Coffee flavor was good, not burnt or bitter, and service as friendly. They just don’t pay attention to detail. I included a photo of their dishwater brown cup appearance, and then two from different states in Mexico to demonstrate what a cappuccino should look like… at a minimum, a white cap.

This is the chai of my life ♥️ Ology offers the most elevated coffee experience in Tallahassee. The brown sugar oat milk latte is my standard go-to treat, but now it contends with the spicy, slightly sweet, decadent chai. Always a pleasant atmosphere, friendly to pets and people.

Ology is the best microbrewery in Tallahassee! Their tarts and sours are absolutely perfect and their IPA's taste like you're biting into a fresh grapefruit. Their bourbon is also very smooth. The best coffee is the "Blatantly Obvious", a cold brew coffee with their coffee liqueur mixed in. You can even add a shot of their bourbon to it and it's fantastic ? This is definitely the new weekend morning stop for when the wife wants to get out of the house for a bit.
