Outback Steakhouse

On January 3, 2025, I called and put our name on the call wait list for a party of 3. While I know this is not a reservation when we arrived, we were told that it would be a 30-minute wait (there were open tables that would accommodate us and 1 party waiting near us). While waiting, a staff member actually walked into my daughter-in-law and never acknowledged it. The hostess called a total of three names multiple times with no one showing up, finally she called a name and stated to the party of 2- - thanks for not ditching on me. At this time, it was 8:20 and my party was called, and we were seated in one of the three tables next to the bar (these tables were open the entire time we were in the staging area). We were greeted, the waitress took our order of a Blooming Onion, Alice Springs, Ribeye/shrimp med-rare, Sirloin/shrimp medium, sides were to be salad with no croutons, salad no onions. Our order was incorrect. We asked for half and half tea; we received sweetened tea with half ice. The salads were wrong, one loaded with croutons, one loaded with shallots and no croutons, the ribeye had no pink, and the sirloin was not cooked properly either… The steaks were like shoe leather. The chicken was missing bacon and mushrooms. We never did receive our blooming onion, our waitress admitted that the runner took it to another table. We did order dessert and that was the only edible thing we received. I have left numerous phone messages and emailed the manager to contact me to no avail. This was a horrible experience of what was a very important gathering. Thanks a lot for ruining our dining experience. EPIC FAIL! As per the below response, Outback wanted me to reply and give more details of the experience of our gathering on Jan 3 2025. Please note, I tried this avenue first and as stated in the review I got no response. As of this update, 1/21/25 I still have not been contacted from my numerous phone messages left for the location manager and I replied to the email address provided below with no response. I feel these responses to reviews are auto generated so that it makes "would be patrons" feel as if Outback is addressing issues and care about the guest who choose to dine with them. I personally feel that this is not true with this location or situation. 1/27/25 Another week and no response to my email on further details per the below request! 2/3/25 Another week and no response to my email on further details per the below request! 2/10/25 ANOTHER WEEK AND NO RESPONSE. 2/17 ANOTHER WEEK AND NO RESPONSE! 2/24 Location manager contacted me with an offer, waiting for resolution.

Waited 25min to get a table...then waited another hour to get our food. Waiter was overwhelmed and was not very attentive to our needs. We were not satisfied with the service at

This environment and food is not the same as it was before. They use to take pride in their food and environment. I mean the ribs came out fatty and were looking nasty until I couldn’t even eat it. My appetite was gone. So, I’ll try Texas Roadhouse or just cook at home.

Food was just BAD overall! It’s like they forgot how to cook. Steak was extremely chewy and dry!

Do not get a burger from here. Steak was cooked to perfection, but the burger tastes like it came out the orange box we use to have at birthday parties when we were kids. Mushy and flavorless. Steak was good though!!

The chili had almost 0 meat in it. Literally only 2 small pieces of meat. And it's beanless. So it's basically a soup with chunks of tomato and onion. It is not chili. I asked for another serving in hopes that i just got a bad batch but apparently it's all like that. The second serving only had 1 tiny piece of meat in it. Outback, you can do better.

Simon was hands down one of the best waiters. He has great hospitality, and he has great patience. We will be back just to sit in his section.

The food was amazing but what really made my overall experience meaningful was the excellent customer service provided by our waiter/server Simon!!! I was very impressed with his mannerism, and politeness. I watched him make sure all of the tables in his section were provided with quality great customer service. I haven't been to Outback in over 10 years but thanks to this young man I'll be back very soon..keep up the great work Simon!!!

This is my go place just to unwind they have the best servers and wel the food is amazing and don't forget the deserts OMG so good they where out of the chocolate layered cake so I got the cameral and chocolate with the peanut butter 🥜 yes I'll have serval more...10/10

Vegetarian options: I go for the amazing loaded baked potatoe and a wedged no bacon on both. Y'all kill it every time I'm never disappointed,

Dietary restrictions: The wedged salad for sure, and it comes with bacon 🥓 I get it on mine, and same with the loaded baked potatoes, no bacon ..10 out of 10

All of our food was delicious and our server, Anonda R, was an absolute delight! She was very attentive and friendly, which made the experience wonderful. I will definitely ask for her table next time I go.
