Our server was really great & provided attentive service. The restaurant itself is absolutely filthy from the front doors, seating areas & especially the restrooms. Made us concerned about the kitchen. Not sure if we would come back based on the lack of upkeep of the restaurant.

we will be taking our business & money elsewhere. we came this afternoon 11/23 at 1:00 pm. we ordered medium rare & medium steaks that came out well done. mistakes happen. but my mac & cheese was also wrong, it comes with breadcrumbs & they weren’t on there. didn’t realize til i left so i didn’t say anything. 25 mins later we got our steaks remade & were given steaks cooked rare. also not what we wanted. we didn’t send them back again, we were tired of waiting, wanted to go home, & just finish cooking our steaks to our liking there.

i would like to note our server was wonderful and attentive.

i also am disappointed that a manager didn’t even come out to check on us, we weren’t even expecting a discount/steak taken off the bill but we didn’t even receive that either. you clearly do not have a single care in the world for your customers.

we. will. never. be. back. we had a terrible experience. and we would really like someone to look into this and handle it with whoever was running that kitchen today.

Held a small dinner for a private wedding party at Outback, and found everyone so welcoming and gracious. Special thanks to Mike (Manager) and Megan(Server/Organizer) for their special efforts. Food was delicious, and we appreciated how easy they made this, even allowing us to bring our own cake. We will be back!

Our Experience with Outbacks staff was remarkable. Zavin showed great attention to detail and was very responsive to our table and ensured we were comfortable.

On January 3, 2025, I called and put our name on the call wait list for a party of 3. While I know this is not a reservation when we arrived, we were told that it would be a 30-minute wait (there were open tables that would accommodate us and 1 party waiting near us). While waiting, a staff member actually walked into my daughter-in-law and never acknowledged it. The hostess called a total of three names multiple times with no one showing up, finally she called a name and stated to the party of 2- - thanks for not ditching on me. At this time, it was 8:20 and my party was called, and we were seated in one of the three tables next to the bar (these tables were open the entire time we were in the staging area). We were greeted, the waitress took our order of a Blooming Onion, Alice Springs, Ribeye/shrimp med-rare, Sirloin/shrimp medium, sides were to be salad with no croutons, salad no onions. Our order was incorrect. We asked for half and half tea; we received sweetened tea with half ice. The salads were wrong, one loaded with croutons, one loaded with shallots and no croutons, the ribeye had no pink, and the sirloin was not cooked properly either… The steaks were like shoe leather. The chicken was missing bacon and mushrooms. We never did receive our blooming onion, our waitress admitted that the runner took it to another table. We did order dessert and that was the only edible thing we received. I have left numerous phone messages and emailed the manager to contact me to no avail. This was a horrible experience of what was a very important gathering. Thanks a lot for ruining our dining experience. EPIC FAIL! As per the below response, Outback wanted me to reply and give more details of the experience of our gathering on Jan 3 2025. Please note, I tried this avenue first and as stated in the review I got no response. As of this update, 1/21/25 I still have not been contacted from my numerous phone messages left for the location manager and I replied to the email address provided below with no response. I feel these responses to reviews are auto generated so that it makes "would be patrons" feel as if Outback is addressing issues and care about the guest who choose to dine with them. I personally feel that this is not true with this location or situation. 1/27/25 Another week and no response to my email on further details per the below request! 2/3/25 Another week and no response to my email on further details per the below request! 2/10/25 ANOTHER WEEK AND NO RESPONSE. 2/17 ANOTHER WEEK AND NO RESPONSE! 2/24 Location manager contacted me with an offer, waiting for resolution.

This environment and food is not the same as it was before. They use to take pride in their food and environment. I mean the ribs came out fatty and were looking nasty until I couldn’t even eat it. My appetite was gone. So, I’ll try Texas Roadhouse or just cook at home.

Food was just BAD overall! It’s like they forgot how to cook. Steak was extremely chewy and dry!

Do not get a burger from here. Steak was cooked to perfection, but the burger tastes like it came out the orange box we use to have at birthday parties when we were kids. Mushy and flavorless. Steak was good though!!
