Thats now twice I've had to wait on food, then they gave my plate to someone else &/or gave me someone else's plate that was also waiting on food. It's literally just putting food in a container, how are you messing that up?! FSU location.

Been waiting over 15 minutes for 2 spring rolls young lady @ window said it be 2 minutes and has me waiting out here the customer service isn’t the best ! Worst Panda Express I been to when my husband goes in the young lady had forgotten to bring them out side horrible customers service isn’t!!

0 stars if I could. Waited 20+ minutes for chow mein , watched several people get their order before mine after being told to pull to handicap and wait for chow mein (15 minutes no food produced) arrived 6:37 just now leaving after being refunded @ 6:54 pm … this is absolutely insane

Food tastes absolutely disgusting! Good thing they shrunk their containers because I couldn’t digest nearly a half of the plate. The taste is completely gone. Taste overcooked and just nasty. Hope it was even meat. Waste of money and time. Never again. This was my first time eating this in Tallahassee. The South Florida Locations are way more authentic and better.

Ordered drive thru on my lunch break. They told me to wait out front and they would bring my food out to me. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came. I went inside, they told me they were waiting on something else now for my order. Ridiculous. Asked for a refund since I didn’t have enough time to wait any longer and did not get to eat on my lunch break. Terrible service if I had known it would take that long I would have never ordered and paid.

The food here is normally okay (6-7) but since a Greek guy came the food has been so good I’ve been feeding my 2 year old kung pao ever since for the last 3 weeks!

Gentleman working drive thru was rude. He was taking orders outside to waiting customers and would return inside the restaurant to fix food for other orders without washing his hands nor using gloves, which is very unsanitary.
HIGHLYYYY DISAPPOINTED!!! waited a whole hour just to get end pieces barely any meat & to top it off they were out of teriyaki the only way I can eat the dry noodles total waist of money chicken was overcooked I never had honey sesame that dark and crispy. I refuse to go back in I was already tired.

I'll start by saying this only applies to the panda express on west Tennessee street. The staff there doesn't seem to have a grasp on things. We waited 15 minutes in line inside then when it was our turn the girl wrote on the to go boxes what we wanted. I got over to pay and the staff grabbed my 2 boxes only to find out they never put any food in them. I ordered the hot orange chicken and honey sesame chicken. Both tasted as if they were cooked the day before and reheated. The chow mein was cooked to mush. All food was lacking flavor. Not to mention the crazy homeless man laughing hysterically by the checkout line. There were no napkins to be found in the establishment. I should also mention we were there 30 minutes after they opened. Overall simply put I will not return to this particular location.

I keep ordering the Orange Chicken, they keep sending me the Hot Chicken. I have been ordering this a long time. The last Several times its been Hot. I paid for Uber Eats, all together it was 30$ .I order because i dont drive at this time, so Uber is better for me. She said we will replace it, but you have to pick it up. Getting intouch with Uber Eats, well its hhorrible.so im out of 30$ again. Horrible place, im scared to order anything again.

i went here and they was so good oh my god. they had the best orange chicken i ever Had. Cute cguys in the back too!!1 Julian was awesome, my type Haha now I know why that orange so good. He helped me when i needed sauces and they forgot my drink its ok I know they busy, that Alyssa girl was super nice too she was helpin me and managers seem good and nice!! Yall are awesome yall keep it up!!!!
