First time visiting and I will to agree with the previous reviews. I wish I would have read those before trying my luck on a whim. Arrived yesterday during the beginning of the dinner rush, approximately 5:15pm. Every dish was either empty, low, or old. I decided to wait for fresh broccoli and beef and Rangoon. After waiting 15m, they filled the bowl the broccoli and TWO pieces of beef. My container consisted of cold white rice and dry chow mein - not a vegetable in sight in the low mein. RAW broccoli and NO BEEF. CHEWY AND TUFF teriyaki chicken in bite size pieces (not strips) and sweet honey chicken. Rangoon was burnt because it was fried to fast. People eat with their eyes. Their presentation sucks. The egg rolls were burnt and the pot stickers were dry. My favorite dish is string bean chicken and the bowl was low with dry scraps of beans with barely any chicken. Food was awful, service was slow, and presentation was piss poor. It was not worth the $15 that I spent on the Styrofoam box.

Got chow mein which was dry and old. Orange chicken was RAW in the middle! Manager Deedee reluctantly gave us a refund for our food. Yet they did not remove chow mein or orange chicken from the bar! Be careful when eating food from here!!

Literally nothing was correct on my order! I ordered chicken and rice and they gave me beef shrimp and noodles! When I called them to explain the error and told him what a major inconvenience it was for me, they told me all they could do was replace the food and not do anything at all for my inconvenience. I had to get a ride to go over there because I don't have a vehicle and I explained my situation to them and they said tough find a way to get over here or not replacing your meal and you have a certain amount of days to do it. And we are not giving you any other form of compensation. Horrible customer service! Do better, manager samantha and server Raphaell D!!!

10/10/2024 drove 20 mins away because store hours say they are open until 10 PM . Arrived at 9:51 pm 3 employees inside had the door locked looked at us started laughing and saw them putting away the food.

Store is listed as open until 10pm and was closed by 9pm. Rude employees that don't speak English at all. Food is good if they are open, get employees that will keep the store open like they should!

Skip this place and go somewhere else. No management in sight, workers take their sweet time, no food to order because they didn’t ask for more ahead of time. All in all find another panda like five minutes away or go to chipotle down the street. This place is not worth the stress.

Placed an online order and it took over 30 minutes to complete it. I literally ordered 4 plates and having to wait 35 minutes for my food is unacceptable. I asked them why it took so long and they said they had to make more food. They had all the food made when I placed my order and I know this because I walked in and saw it but they were making plates for people that were in-line and ran out before they were able to make mine. How can they beat out of everything and then have to wait for the cooks to make more? They weren’t even busy but they had no food? I will never come back to this site. Highly disappointed.
