Definitely gone down hill. Cold food and limited selection. Staff lackadaisical. In it for the paycheck not the customer. Been there 3 times. Done with them now

I got a bigger plate and got two of the meats beings walnut shrimp and one being teriyaki grilled chicken and chow mien and a chicken egg roll. About 24hrs later my stomach was cramping hurting like being stabbed while i could get off the toilet with a trash can in my lap too shaking and sweating and hot and cold flashes. I don’t know which item it was but my mom got the same thing and same things happened to her and my step dad got fried rice not the noodles so we’re thinking it was the noodles. Felt absolutely TERRIBLE. Still recovering actually.

Today, March 4, 2026, an employee named Jasper treated us very rudely. He refused to help when asked anything. I come to the restaurant very often and have never had an incident before, but I believe they shouldn't have this type of person serving customers. I had to help several customers by explaining the food to them because he made faces and gave them unpleasant answers whenever someone asked him something.

Well, they were closed. The website did not seem to know this, just told me I could not order ahead online. Once I got there, I found out why. Apparently, the internet doesn't know everything.

Got food at the drive-through Diet Coke was flat, The beef was starchy and rubbery terrible taste, Noodles were not cooked properly. Chicken egg roll was decent. Definitely will not be going back

The food is good and is always freshly made. Very quick as well even with alot of people.
Only problem is they were out of beijing beef one night and it was too late for them to make more cuz it coulda gone to waste, it was unfortunate, but better than wasting food.

y’all. i love panda express. i love that there’s always so much cabbage in the chow mein. except this time it wasn’t cabbage. it was onion. and i don’t know what they did to it but oh my god the onion taste lingered in my mouth for HOURS. through brushing, and chewing gum, and trying to flush it down with water and gatorade and diet coke. i’m hoping that this is not a new recipe and that maybe they ran out of cabbage and had to substitute onion. but either way this had made me swear off this location.
