WORST Panera I’ve ever been to. Smelled disgusting the second I walked in to grab my pickup order. Literally had to hold my nose. Then somehow, with only 3 people in the entire restaurant, my order was behind schedule AND cold. Everything was thrown together, the bag wasn’t even closed, and my sandwich was almost falling out of the wrapping. The whole order was only two items. How is it so hard to literally just heat things up?!?!?! Not a single employee looked like they even cared or acknowledged the lateness. One employee simply stood there talking on her cell phone, hiding behind a shelf thinking no one could see. Photo attached is supposed to be the “ciabatta cheesesteak sandwich”… more like cheesy bread with some steak. Don’t waste your money, go to the student union or Apalachee location.

I don't even like panera anyway but I got a bunch of rewards for my birthday so I tried to use them. I placed an order that apparently didn't go through to their system but took the money out of my account. I showed them the total on my phone for the order matched the total of the purchase and rather than just giving me the soup and POSSIBLY losing the money of a $5 sale of they are so worried about they just refused to provide the order. It was recommended that I just reorder it so it could come in their system and then they could refund it. Um no! So poor service equals lousy review and I'll never be back.

PANERA SHOULD NOT BE BRING YOUR OWN BAGUETTE!!!!
I’ve tried to go for the past MONTH like 5 times and everytime they do not have any baguettes to have as a side with soup.
Dirty, very few workers, no cup are out, you HAVE to use the online ordering no other option, the cafe is always SO DIRTY! Everytime I order, the food isnt done right or they are out of something. AVOID!!!!

This has gotta be the best panera in town. It's got the older vibe to the seating area, with lots of outdoor seating. They also have plenty of cold milks ready, and all wall outlets are working.
Melody was the employee who screamed my last name out when my drink was ready and I absolutely loved it! I will be returning with the hopes of that interaction again. 5 stars for Melody.

The customer service was amazing and on point. I loved that I was able to ask a question and be able to get advice on what to get. They are amazing people, and I hope they get to have the best times during their shifts. The food was amazing and wonderful. Just like back home.
Vegetarian options: They have options where you can choose to customize sandwiches and salads to fit any vegan/vegetarian diets, and the salads are amazing.
Parking: They are on the corner of the strip, and they have parking next to the grocery store, and then they also have another section of parking on the other side.
Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of kid friendly menu options, and they also have seats for young ones, changing tables in both restrooms and a good amount of seating.
Wheelchair accessibility: On the main entrance, they have double doors to get in and if you ask the cashiers they be happy to pull a chair or two out of the way so that you can use the table with no issue. And they would be happy to bring you your food if you ask them.
