This store refused to warm up cinnamon roll for me. Cash register on the blink but worst was cashier walked away during transaction to go talk to friends before offering receipt to my wife who needed it for travel expenses.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. The walls were filthy with visible stains, and there were crumbs scattered all over the floor. If the dining area looks like this, I can’t help but wonder about the state of the kitchen.

The woman cashing us out in the drive thru starter screaming and running around because there was cricket. She proceeded to then kill the cricket... I asked to cancel our order, and she asked why. I told you just killed a cricket in your kitchen... She said she was going to tell the manager. She walked away and never came back. My husband had to go inside to get a refund. Just don't go here. Menu sucks, apparently it has bugs, and the service is ridiculous.

On 12/1/24 morning, my to-go order was promptly completed. The young lady, Ivy (I think) was very polite and respectful and very funny too. It was a great experience.

I ordered the BLT because of the pictures they've been advertising. It looked great. I spent around $13 on this one. In the pictures the bacon looks crispy and delicious. My sandwich literally only had one piece of chewy limp bacon. They offered no resolve. Food is way too expensive to be getting served like this.

Rude employee and they never get online orders ready on time, avoid going to this panera.
Someone told me this Panera location was iffy, and I unfortunately believe it now. The Citrus punch that I ordered tasted like it was made in a dirty jug or something. It had a weird taste to it. I had to throw it away unfortunately. Also, the girl at the drive through window didn't ask if I had a Panera account, so I wasn't able to attain my rewards. I asked her about it at the window, but by that time she had already swiped my card. Things happen, I guess. But I likely will not return back to this location.

If you have their app don't use it let me explain why when you order something there call you up 5 minutes before you get there I know you would have 13 Bagels of everything when you place the order two days ago and pay for it the same day 2 days ago and then you going to pick it up and this is what they're telling you and then when you get over to see the manager he don't care about nothing and that's the same way when you call corporate office and they're just as bad as the manager I definitely don't recommend going here to get anything drive to go to another place are you going to do is get upset and again I don't care
