@Kyle made my experience at the Panera on Thomasville feel personalized. He greeted me at the register with a smile and got my drink for me early before waiting on several food orders. He deserves a raise! I highly recommend this Panera for students to study at.

This is a nice clean Panera. I met a colleague there and we spoke for an hour and 45 minutes and no one was offended. The only bummer was the menu and I appreciate that is not this locations decision. I don't know why there aren't more vegetarian options as sandwiches. But that's just me and I appreciate that. If I ever return to that part of Tallahassee again I would return.

Take 2, onion soup and Mediterranean half sandwich. Both delicious!! And a free dessert on the app. First time user, it was easy, pick up a little slow, but employees were amazing.

Girl preparing the food had sharp long fake nails busted through the gloves. Didn't acknowledge anyone walking up to the window. Just yelled out a name energy one in a while or slid bags in your face without a word. Rough day possibly.

Got the Asiago sandwich this was flatter than a pancake and greasier than double meat pizza eggs were literal rubber. I usually like this place but I don’t know what happened here.
Everything was great. The cook even came out to the tables to see if everything was good. Very friendly place to eat.

The store was unkept, the tables were dirty, and the floors had napkins crumpled up. It seems as if there were only three employees working during the time of 2pm to 3:30 pm. Also, the female restroom was disgusting. If you let your slacks hit the floor, you would be walking out of the bathroom with someone's urine on the back of your pants. A year ago my husband and I went to this same exact Panera bread, and the manger was there, he was involved picking up items, cleaning tables. A really nice place to go to. Almost exactly one year later the place has really fallen apart and to the way side.
