My online order was placed (I ordered two cinnamon rolls) and I was told they were sold out. She refunded my order and then let me pick something out for free. Very good customer service! This is my new regular for breakfast and lunch on the days I have class

My boyfriend ate their mac and cheese, which he always gets at the Ocala Panera. That day he starts violently vomiting and is told it was food poisoning. We know its from that because the day before he ate home made things that were safe. The following day I contract it and also start vomiting. The day after that my roommate (who was also around him) begins vomiting. This sounds like Norovirus which is what happened with Chipotle when they had outbreaks. Not sure whats going on with this specific location but I’ve heard a lot of things and it seems a lot of us are in agreement that its sketchy.

They can take a while in-between classes or during rush times but the staff have always been really nice and the food is really good quality. I also appreciate that you can use your myPanera account to get points and rewards here even though it’s technically a licensed store.Charged lemonades will keep you FOCUSED and they have good breakfast too.

Ordered and pre-paid for 13 Cinnamon Raisin Bagels early Monday afternoon for pickup at 8:30 am Tuesday. When I arrived to pick them up, I was told they had only 6 of those left, and I was able to get 7 plain bagels to complete the order. This is very poor customer service. A man in line behind me had a similar complaint. This franchise needs to get their ducks in a row.
