So I placed an order over the phone and confirmed that I was placing an order at the Papa John’s location on 1429 W Tennessee Street. When I walked in to pick up the order, the order was never placed in the system, and the employees made no effort to apologize or make up for the situation. And when I voiced my concerns, the manager Markell told me to “order again”, and when I explained to him that the whole reason I placed an order ahead was to avoid waiting in the building for the pizza the manager then said “Then go somewhere else.” I have never been greeted with such a lack of customer service and kindness. I will never visit this Papa John’s again, Markell and the blonde girl at the counter were both extremely rude and lacked customer service skills.

Received a diet soda instead of the regular one that I ordered. When I called the store to let them know their reason is that they were out of regular soda. Didn’t offer another option or anything. UNACCEPTABLE.

Last night, I went to pick up an Uber Eats order. They gave me food for only one order, but I showed the cashier my order confirmation. However, she repeatedly insisted that this was all they had. I was forced to leave, but the manager arrived and told me to go away. The way they treated me was extremely rude, especially considering I was there to pick up food from their restaurant. Eventually, I was able to convince the manager on duty that I still needed the second order for delivery. Finally, they realized they had already prepared it and gave it to me. It’s clear they didn’t care about their mistake, nor did they seem to care about how their front staff interacts with customers. Overall, this was a very careless team, and I would not recommend this place.

Papa John's your delivery system and service is hands down flawless. I love the entire process of online ordering and being able to track the door dash drivers. My pizza has been delivered every time quickly and delicious. Your customer service sets a standard of excellence.

$11 for a medium pizza is meh. Asked for extra bacon and didn't get nearly any at all. Asked for Ranch and didn't get it. They didn't have bags and it wasn't taped shut so I was forced to carry it in my backpack... proceeded to destroy the pizza (and my backpack) biking home. Place was extremely dirty, I hope I don't get sick.

We placed the order over the phone so i guess we never got an email confirmation, but we waited for around 2 hours and called back to check on the order, and apparently they didn’t have any order from us at all. Paid 50 bucks and got nothing, absolutely ridiculous. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
