The general Manger does not do a good job managing his store; he is rude, disrespectful, arrogant to the people who work under him. He doesn't give them breaks at all, he takes his employees' property without permission. He also doesn't pay his employees for coming in when they are supposed to be off work. The general manager doesn't even train his employees and makes them learn on their own. He has also refused to share corporates or the store owner's phone number to prevent people from reporting him for abuse of his position

This is the worst pizzeria that can exist, there is a blonde employee who is very arrogant and treats customers badly, I suggest the manager review the conduct of her employees, this girl is rude and arrogant and thinks she is better than others.

I paid $19 and left a tip for a 16 inch pizza, the pizza I received looked like a 12 inch pizza and way too small for the 16 inch box. I asked the employee why the pizza is way too small for the box, he said that’s how they come. I know better than that, he could have just said they didn’t make the 16 inch pizza dough and corrected the order.

I waited 40 mins for a delivery. Ordered at 1am, respectfully late, but I sat outside for 40-60 mins outside in 40 degree weather. After realizing that they had the wrong phone number I called and told them that I had a change in number but they would not listen to it. Through these 40 mins I was waiting outside for the delivery but no one showed up. All the while I was calling the establishment every 10 mins to make sure they had the right address and number. After about 3-4 calls they informed me that the driver had been waiting for about 10 mins outside my apartment and had been trying to contact me, mind you on the phone number I called and said wasn’t correct, so the driver had turned around and went back to home base. After being frustrated and being hung up on several times by the company we finally decided to go into the pizza place. We ordered our food and sat there patiently waiting while employees laughed and giggled at us. Upon being given our pizza, the employee told us to get out. After leaving the place,we found that our pizza was undercooked and terribly made. If you ever wanna go to this papa john’s think again.

I am in disbelief of the service i just experienced at this papa john’s location. I am disgusted at the service that a paying customers recieve due to disrespectful employees. We placed an order online at 1 am as loyal papa john’s customers with pervious customer loyalty accounts excited for our pizza delivery. Immediately after we ordered we discovered our account was linked to a perilous photo number of ours, so we called in order to resolve this problem. We let the lady on the phone know that we had an order placed but with the wrong phone number and wanted to let them know our correct phone number so the driver could communicate with us when they arrived. She ensured us that the pizza was on its way and we waited in front of our apartment outside. After 10 minutes we called again to make sure our driver was still on the way and asked once more if we could communicate with our driver that they had to incorrect phone number, without hesitation she ensured us the driver was still on its way and hung up. We waited yet again 10 minutes outside in the 45 degree weather for our pizza and we’re not passed by any papa john’s workers or glowing signs on top of any car. We the. called once more 10 minutes later, this is a total of 30-40 minutes waiting in the cold for our pizza, and once more asked for the status of our order. She placed us on hold and they let us know that a delievery driver had been waiting and called us (the wrong number we told them about several times) and then drove away. We were take back and honestly in disbelief that we waited 40 minutes for no pizza. We asked if the driver was at the right locatation and if we could once again get in contact with them. The lady placed us on again and then finally let us know that we were refunded and not going to be helped further. So we decided to drive to papa john’s ourselfs 2 hours later at 3:30am to reorder a pizza because we were starving at this point. We ordered the pizza and we’re stared at by every single employee in the restaurant and specifically bullied by a caucasian lady with black glasses and a grey eagles sweatshirt how did not even let us borrow a pen in order to leave a potential tip. we received our pizza with a “and get out now” from this same caucasian lady. We politely thanked them and left taking out losses for the night because at least we got our pizza. Once we got home we opened our pizza and it was severally under cooked to a point of uneditableism (attached below). Wow. Yes This was a real experience. beware. if you are debating, yes dominos is the better opinion.
I ordered a pizza for delivery mind you it was pretty late I admit, and there were no drivers so they were using DoorDash for deliveries, so DoorDash was not sending any drivers to the store to pick up my order and the person working at the time Bella was amazing and pushed DoorDash to come pick up my order. And as soon as the order was picked up Bella called me and notified me that the order had been picked up. Bella is amazing and was very kind, she deserves full praises and a raise immediately!!!

Ordered a pizza for delivery. I waitied hours to receive the pizza. The daugh was under cooked and still soft the extra sauce were missing. I asked for a refund and they told me to brough the pizza back even though the online was placed for delivery. So i never got my refund and the pizza ended in the trash because it was inedible. They basically just stole my money at this point

I called to place an order for ONLY cheese sticks and a pasta bowl @1:42am on October 31, 2023. I was told 27-37 mins…2:40 was coming around so I decided to call and nobody is answering?. The status said “expected delivery @2:42am” there was not one knock at my door. It is now 3:01 and they are closed and I still do not have my food.
