The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn’t do no stars the service at this location is horrid first off I ordered a pizza that never came as well as tried to void it but then was called back saying we’re not gonna void cause the drivers on the way please wait for them to call so i waited and got no response so then when I woke up I called again trying to get a refund for a pizza that never came but instead of a helpful response they tell me I ordered on DoorDash so they couldn’t help me and tried to explain to them multiple times that my order was 100% ordered through their website but they continued to say I was wrong so I went and called DoorDash just to hear what I already knew which was that I did order it through papa John’s website and DoorDash couldnt do anything since they didn’t have my card information so I called back just to realize they don’t even know which order is mine and that apparently the order number they sent me through email confirmation doesn’t exist and then was rudely hung up on and told to wait for a different manager so I would definitely not ever recommend this location and I definitely won’t be ever eating there again

I had to change my rating on food to one star. The one thing I get there all the time.....large pepperoni pizza sucks now. Taste like garbage
The New York style pizza is not New York style at all still to much dough get it right papa johns

I haven't had a pizza in a very long time but when I saw the commercial for the hamburger pizza at Papa John's I just knew I had to try it. The commercial and what I actually got looks completely different. It had a good flavor but it tasted like something was missing.

Wish I had taken a picture of the pizza before I threw it away. I ordered the big new York style pizza and it was sooo old the crust was so hard couldn't even chew it the cheese was hard and cold. I won't order here again which is a shame because papa is my favorite.
