Papa Johns Pizza

Food and service is crap. Ordered two replacement pizzas for an order PJ’s screwed up on a delivery. Waited an hour for redelivery. I called and was advised I had to pick it up. Manager never said it would be a pick up, only that it’d be ready in 20 minutes. Pizza cold and crappy. Never again papa johns, never again.

The GM Q., turned a bad situation from UBER eats into a perfect delivery. I can’t say enough good things about her professionalism. She is a wonderful individual and an excellent employee. If she isn’t treated fairly I will go out of my way to employ her at my place of employment.

Placed an order an hour and a half before closing, since it said it'd be delivered in 45 minutes.
Time came and went with nothing. No response from the staff. An hour went and nothing.
Then closing time came and without any message or email they canceled my order.
Ten minutes later I checked the tracker and find out it's cancelled. I call the store and nothing.
I had to call customer support, and she had to call them. Apparently the person they got a hold of was rude to their own rep, and now we have a formal complaint open.
Absolutely ridiculous.

This has to be the worst ran Papa John's in America. They don't have menus posted and the one that had at the counter disappeared. They don't build the business, they actually discourage it. Example :Super Bowl Sunday they closed at 9:00pm and get this: they sit right next to a bar that stays open until two. If I was the district manager I'd fire every manager there. How do you not create a cross promo with the bar literally next door? No coupons on boxes don't even door hang. FFS. Dominos is the least of the three evils in Lake Jackson area, Pizza Hut, Domino's and Papa John's are so terrible I wonder if they're owned by the same people.

Ordered a medium pizza and 10Ct breadsticks. The pizza was ok but the breadsticks they sent me where half done and rushed out

Dont know why but papa johns is just my favorite pizza, very unique taste. Cheese and onion is all i need. 2 large for 20 dollars is a good deal too. If your not using coupons your being scammed, that goes with all pizza places.

The guy at the register was really nice, but the store isn’t so clean, I paid for extra cheese and didn’t get, and the pizza was overcooked. My wings were perfect though.

Why, oh why, oh why did I order again? Here's how it went:- Placed an order at 3:33pm, scheduled delivery for 6pm- Used the automated answering system at 6:18pm, pressed 2 for order status, and it said delivery will happen at 6:10pm. Thought for a second they might have a time traveling DeLorean, but later decided that was ridiculous- Called again at 6:39pm for an update. Rep said the order was ready, and they were waiting for DoorDash to pick it up- Time passes. I'm watching a semi funny C-rated movie- Called again at 7:41pm, defeated and hungry. A pizza ready at 6:39 must be cold. Rep assured a DoorDash driver would have it soon- Pizza is delivered at 8:30-something-pmI hear Hungry Howie's has stuffed crust. As a suggestion to future customers, try to select cash-payment in online checkout. It is likely impossible to outsource to DoorDash with cash payments, so they might be forced to use an in-house driver. Good luck, everybody else!

Staff are very friendly and personable, however, the past three times we’ve ordered from this location— we asked for extra mushrooms and pepperoni, and paid for extra, and there was barely any of each on the pizza. Asked for light cheese and Parmesan garlic crust, both requests were ignored as well. It’s not the end of the world, but just expect the most basic version of your order. At least they’re fast at making it.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 7:40pm. They offloaded the order to a Doordasher who sat in his car with my food for an hour. The food arrived cold. Pizza Hut wasn't bad last time!
