Persis Indian Grill

We were so excited that the new Persis on Caital Circle was now open. However, we were extremely disappointed with our experience. The restaurant had the feel of a pop-up venue, lacking atmosphere, with tired and worn-out tables, chairs, and booths. There was no effort made to create a positive or inviting environment.

The tables were dirty, and when we asked for one to be wiped down, we realized that the serving staff seemed inexperienced, as if they had never worked in a restaurant before. After waiting 20 minutes without receiving cutlery, plates, or napkins, we were finally brought bottles of water—without any glasses. When we requested tap water instead, we were told they didn’t have any.

Our party of four decided to save our special night out by leaving for a well-staffed and professionally run restaurant. Thankfully, we left before placing any food orders.

I cannot imagine how the kitchen is run if the customer experience is so unacceptable.

Food was absolutely incredible and the service was excellent. They're in a new location so the dining room is still coming together and service takes a moment, but the host was incredibly accommodating and hospitable and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Partner and I had this food last thanksgiving when we were stranded without family, this restaurant made the night special. I really hope this place is able to reopen 🙏

I ordered Samosa and Rasmalai.
They sent samosas which are oily. I was supposed to receive tamarind and mint chutneys. Instead I received barbeque sauce. What the heck was that???. And instead of rasmalai I received badam halwa. That too not fresh. It was stinking.
Just don't order from here. They don't take delivery orders seriously.

This place has good food, but the owner and manager are extremely rude. I asked for clarification on my bill and they yelled at me. Yes its good food, but there are plenty of other Indian places with good food that offer better customer service. I noticed that it is temporarily closed, with the way they treat people I hope they don't ever open again

Great restaurant. Really love eating here. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Food is go to when I've been out of town.
