The dumb robots have become a gimmick and the staff just follow the slow things around and have forgotten to serve the people. Why in the world do they have to carry the menus for the staff? It was 40 minutes between our two dishes being served. When my wife asked about her dish, she got a condescending "pat on the head" and lie about how long it takes Tandoori Paneer to be created. The medium spice Tandoori chicken was immense, but worse the chicken was rock hard dry. The paint on the wall was disgusting and peeling off.Dietary restrictions: Spice level (medical issue, not taste) was not possible to address; baby spice was still too much.

Ordered delivery twice and each time there was no rice with our order. When we questioned about the missing rice, the response was that we didn’t order rice. When we order the EXACT same dishes in the restaurant we ALWAYS are served rice without ordering rice. When we spend close to $100 for our order and we only get the butter chicken with no rice and paneer tikki masala with no rice, it is so disappointing. Also we ordered a large mint chutney, which was very white and watery and didn’t even have a mint taste. Our advise is do not order delivery because Persis gives you part of the order. It’s not the delivery driver, as we had two different drivers. Sad that we won’t be ordering from Persis anymore.

Service was great, the young gentleman greeting and interacting is very nice. The chicken tikka masala disappointed. Tasted good but the sauce was way too watered up and not creamy as it should be. Garlic naan was definitely not fresh, seemed frozen. Some ambient authentic music would be nice. Also, they give you bottled water which is wasteful imo (not because I’m a treehugger, but why in a sit-down restaurant?). Thanks for dinner though!

The food was amazingly delicious, the shrimp masala was the best I’ve ever had! Mango chicken, samosas, tandoori chicken, chana masala, saag paneer, and naan were all top notch. We went back the second night for takeout saag paneer to go with our leftovers. The restaurant was packed!! It took a while for everything to come out, and I found the robots to be completely unnecessary. The servers were all polite. Highly recommend!

This is the most amazing Indian food in the city! We have ordered from here several times with no complaints. The food is always succulent, juicy, flavorful, and to die for. If you've never been here, you have to go!Most recently we ordered the Butter Chicken, Goat Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and Mango Lassis. Ten stars!Amazing. Simply wonderful. No complaints at all, except that we just want more!!

Best butter chicken in Tallahassee in my opinion. Ample servings. They do serve bottled water and soft drinks in plastic bottles which was kind of a turnoff, but the food was very good.

What can I say! They recommended this place to me and we decided to try it since they always told me that it is one of the best restaurants from India and the truth is that our experience was extraordinary, the service was always very friendly and the food was super delicious.We will definitely return as the Menu has a great variety of dishes and everything looks good.I really do recommend this place.
If you want authentic Indian food this is the place its sooo good and not mediocre.Kid-friendliness: accommodating and will work with you on level of spices.
